I hate even giving this place even 1 star..so I ordered through my Starbucks app and was going to pick up on Clearwater in kennewick it came to 13.85.. 2 venti quad shot espressos with 3 pumps white chocolate sauce and 3 vanilla syrup pumps with light ice and filled to the top with breve and or half and half..the girl who had long brown hair and a bit on the chunky side, anyway I go to where my drinks are waiting and they are only filled a quarter of the way..I said excuse me and she says YEAH..I could tell she was going to be a problem and she was however, I have been in customer service all my life and I am always a professional no matter what and I said this is not what I ordered and she said Whatdid you order? I told her and I said the cream needed to be all the way to the top and she said im going to have to do a refund then recharge you..so we went to the register and she rerang what I had on the app and this is where she should've given me my money back for the refund but she didnt..she rang up 2 white chocolate lattes with 3 vanilla syrup pumps on each and told me I had to pay an extra 7.27..so how does that work? I already had paid 13.85 and now I had to pay an additional 7.27 so my 2 drinks cost 21.12 around there..I paid it but once I left I started thinking about it and should've went back but felt my temper may rear its ugly head and decided to leave a review instead..to starbucks im sorry abt this review I love your coffee and I know those girls work their tails off but that one cashier needs to be retrained in customer service and simple math skills and if she doesn't improve soon she is never going to get anywhere in life except the...

But even then, I still tip, I hold my tongue or I move on with my day. However, today I went in person to the Starbucks on Clearwater. An older white woman with glasses helped me. She was very aggressive upon 1st meeting. Saying โwhat size?!โ โWhat size?!โ Very rudely and seemingly annoyed, when maybe she hadnโt heard me the 1st time. I also was in the middle of asking if their bathroom had a code, I said โyou guys donโt have a bathroom code?โโ to which she cut me off with a disgusted look on her face and said, โyes we have a bathroom.โ She was very rude in the way she cut me off, the way she was condescending, like I was less than human. I couldnโt catch her name. I was so embarrassed at her snapping at me after every simple request that I just dropped it. I couldnโt even make eye contact with her. I didnโt know if this older white woman did so because I am a younger girl, so she thought she could get away with it. Or if she was just borderline racist. (I hate to go there, but what other reason could she have had so much hatred towards me for no reason?) I was out running errands and placed a mobile order since this was going to be the closest I was going to be to a Starbies. My last errand didnโt take as long as I thought it would and I arrived sooner than my order said it would be ready. There was no one in the drive thru and very few people inside, I told the barista I had a mobile order and pulled up to the window. They gave me my food 1st and the other woman who was making my drink came to the window with it and told me to not show up that early when I do a mobile order. I was annoyed by the attitude and asked what the difference of me ordering at the speaker or placing an order ahead that they were able to get it started before I got there. She rolled her eyes and walked away and I let the barista at the window that this was the reason I donโt go to that location. A comment was not necessary, professional but when met with the same energy she was angry. Hope she had the day...
