Java Junction — Restaurant in Kent

I have never been to this place in person before so I would feel bad giving only 1 or 2 stars. But I do want to say, never order from this place through doordash. They don’t have many options drink wise through the app & then they have a few customizations you can make. I added soy milk to 2 of my drinks & then in the special instructions I put my complete drink just so there wouldn’t be any confusion. Well an hour and a half after I ordered, I’m still waiting for the drinks (which is probably completely doordashes fault) but I recieved a text that stated the “special instructions” couldn’t be added to my drinks because there would be additional charges. This makes 0 sense because I did pay extra for the soy milk as it is something that is listed on their customizations. They gave me no details as to what “special instruction” couldn’t be fulfilled. So now I’m stuck with 2 drinks I can’t drink, because I have no idea what type of milk is in them. I’m not going to find out the hard way by getting sick after the fact.
