I had hoped the store could follow simple instruction. I had placed an online order for several times and I even called to verify if they had my order correct with no mayo in the sandwiches! But they still canât get the orders right and the deliveries are always late. Iâve been patient and forgiving. Today I placed another online order for Management meeting lunch for our company. Same instructions no mayo in the sandwiches but thereâs still mayo, they forgot 1 order and delivery was late again. My boss asked me to return his lunch and talked to the Manager about it. At first, I thought he was being nice for saying that they will replace the order but when I shared our not so good experience in terms of their deliveries. He was being sarcastic and I was just told to pick it up next time. Which I find it very rude and not a very good suggestion. Whatâs the use of the delivery options when you canât do it? Maybe just remove it?
I mostly do the safety luncheons for our employees and management meetings which I think it's a good business for you when we do the caterings with Jimmy John's but I probably have skip with you guys if your people dont know how to appreciate good customers. I wish you luck and...

Today I couldnât seem to stomach anything except for a sandwich, as soon as I thought of Jimmy Johnâs thatâs all I wanted. I donât make the rules haha. Well, I wasnât feeling up to going anywhere and money is kinda tight right nowâŠso I shouldnât have even thought it was an option to spend 20$ on a sandwich be delivered to me. ButâŠimpulsively I had it delivered. I just felt really bad because I couldnât tip more than I did, and I felt really bad. So I called and explained the situation just because the guilt for not tipping more because I literally could not and I know everyone could use a good tip right now in this economyâŠI had to apologize in advance. Well when the food arrived, the sweet girl (I canât remember her nameđ) told me they didnât charge me for the food. Which brought me to tearsâŠIt was the nicest thing thatâs ever happened to me. And specially to the manager I spoke withâŠ.I canât remember your name eitherâŠbut thank you. Genuinely. You are truly a good person....
Read moreWe stopped here with our high school One Act Play cast and crew of about 25 people, including adults, for lunch before the show. The food was great but getting yelled at by the manager was not. He was yelling that we were too loud (despite the 80s rock blasting over the speaker). He complained that we âsold out all their breadâ. He said it was âcompany policyâ to call a day or two in advance for groups this size. We actually packed up our food and left to go finish lunch at the hotel rather than stay and endure the attitude. Itâs probably a great place if there are only one or two of you but if there are more youâd plan your visit a couple...
