McDonald's — Restaurant in Kerrville

I came through the Drive-through they told me to park in front of the store I parked in front of the McDonald's entrance door and the lady took forever im sitting out there for 20 minutes for a double cheeseburger really? And a big mac so I come in to ask for the manager the rude lady named Savannah gives me an attitude and tells me that she was looking everywhere for me clearly you can see im sitting in front of the door i can literally see them working from the window so i dont even think she looked good enough what does it cost you to look other than where you went to look for me i am so upset with the attitude she gave me when i asked for the manager.. with an ugly attitude tells very rudely umm i was looking everywhere for you and i told you where to park....walks away and asks the other lady didnt i tell her where to park ..mind you there is a man standing next to me and starts laughing at me after what she said in front of him very embarrassing then tells her to come talk to me and ignores me!!! RUDE AND DOESNT KNOW HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS DEFINITELY not buying any food for my workers here anymore i buy them on lunch time thats about 10 to 15 people i will definitely be buying ther food somewhere else lost...

It wasn't very busy, the day I visited. I used the drive-thru. The guy taking my order sounded clear through the speaker. I ordered the Homestyle Burger Meal, large, w/ketchup & mayo. He accurately repeated my order. I pulled up to the window to pay with no problem. Pulled up to the 2nd window. The lady hands me an obvious smaller soda. I said I ordered the large meal. She told me to wait a minute so they can adjust my order. I checked my receipt, its printed the meal is a large. After several minutes, the lady returns to the window and asks me to pull up to the 3rd window because the homestyle burger is made to order. Waited even longer, at least 3 cars behind me drove by. A manager came to the window to apologize for the wait. He handed me my order, I checked it to see a medium fry. I told the manager I ordered a large. He apologized and told me it would be just another minute. Two more cars behind me, passed by. The food was hot and fresh. I drove off. I ate my fries, then when I got to my burger, no ketchup. I checked the "special instruction," tag, it read mayo/ketchup....

this was the worst experience me and my cousin have ever received at any mcdonald’s location. upon arrival, the worker was extremely rushed and rudely asked us if we had our order already picked out. when my cousin had politely asked to do two separate orders, the man talking screamed into the speaker “no we can’t do that right now.” we know that this just simply isn’t true because while paying for it we had asked the lady if they didn’t allow separate orders, to which she said “yes we actually can do that.” back to the ordering, the man consistently rushed us rudely interrupting what we were trying to say by asking if we were done, and had overall poor customer service. once we revived our food, my cousin asked for some ketchup, and the lady shoved the ketchup at her with full force. along with that our fries were basically cold and my carmel frappe had like no carmel. this was a horrible experience and you MUST get your...
