Blue Mojito Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Key West

We came today to Blue Mojito for a family lunch, hoping to have a pleasant and relaxing time with our teens. Unfortunately, we had a very upsetting experience. One of the bartenders, TJ, addressed one of the boys in an extremely inappropriate manner. He told him not to even think about touching a check that was left on a table with money on it something we had not even noticed was there. The way he spoke to him was completely uncalled for, made our teen feel very uncomfortable, and created a very unpleasant moment for all of us. We spoke with the manager, who apologized sincerely, and we appreciated that. However, TJ never came to apologize himself, which we found unacceptable. We sincerely hope no other family has to go through something like this. What should have been a joyful family outing turned into an uncomfortable experience because of the bartender’s behavior. While staying at the Hyatt Centric, my wife and I took full advantage of the bar, spa, and pool. There was a server walking the pool area taking orders, and she was very timely and on top of our orders.

We loved our experience. I also loved the roosters, personally.

On our first night from the Hyatt, we ordered room service from here, and the order was quick, accurate, and tasty. Also, they didn't skimp on the to-go wine! Awesome service.

Great place to take in the views and enjoy some food and/or drinks. There is live music on a regular basis that is enjoyable. The restaurant/bar is poolside to the hotel but not swim up. The food was fast to be delivered and good temperature. Great tasting quesadilla and good size oysters. There is tables that face the ocean so you can watch the boats go by.
