I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent jet ski tour I participated in. While the scenic beauty of the location was undeniable, the overall experience was marred by the behavior of our guide/instructor. From the outset, it was evident that the guide had a dismissive attitude towards beginner clients, who were seeking guidance and support. His demeanor was condescending, and he displayed a lack of patience and respect when addressing our concerns. It felt as though he believed he was the ultimate authority and showed no willingness to provide the assistance that was promised as part of the tour package. Not all tourists speak or understand fluently English, so there was no need to yell on culstomers who didn’t understand the accent or simply the sentence. Additionally, his disrespectful communication style was unsettling. He spoke to guests in a condescending tone and displayed a superiority complex that was both unnecessary and unprofessional. His behavior created an uncomfortable atmosphere and left a negative impression on what should have been an enjoyable outing. As someone who values customer service and respects the importance of a positive guest experience, I was deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism displayed by the guide. It is my hope that the management of the jet ski tour company takes steps to address this issue and ensures that future customers are treated with the respect and courtesy they deserve. Dont bother showing up at this place if its your first time. Extremely rude co instructor ie the guy that takes the photographs. It was my first time on jet ski and it was terrible. The main instructor left at first and everyone on the group had previously done jet ski it was hard to catch on. Then comes the photographer who acts like a d* and tells me Iam wasting his time and not everyone is made for jet ski and to stop wasting his time instead of guiding me on my mistakes. He tells me that After 7 mins in the ride. He made me feel bad that because of me the whole group was left behind and was making me loose my temper. IF I COULD LEARN IN 5 MINUTES, YOU WOULDN’T HAVE A JOB RIGHT WHY WOULD WE NEED YOU? A great experience on the water! We’ve never been on a jet ski before, but it was so easy to learn with this company. Barrett was our tour guide - helped us become comfortable with our jet ski very quickly. He pointed out cool landmarks as we went, kept us safe, and answered all our questions with encouragement and a smile. AND it seemed impossible to fall over because the jet skis we so stable! The people who checked us in need some training on how to provide good customer service; the lady who had us sign all the waivers never smiled, never said thank you when we paid - she gave us nothing that would remotely indicate she was glad we were there; it was actually quite the opposite - felt like we were a huge inconvenience to her.
