Dairy Queen Store — Restaurant in Key West

This Dairy Queen has the worst service ever. Here is my proof: I delivered a Reese's milkshake but sadly they gave me and my children an Oreo milkshake. What is even more annoying is that the milkshakes are already sold out at the time when my order was created. In the dine-in area, the floor is filled with stains. In my hamburger, there were numerous strands of hair.....and so i decided to keep them after all because the woman in the counter would refuse me to throw it and wait another month to deliver Reese's milkshakes. Well a couple months later the milkshake tasted like rotten eggs so I took them to the Dairy Queen again to see what happened. When i asked them how could that be since I can't order another milkshake anymore, the staff told me that I should report to them if there are problems in anything , which means that Dairy Queen in Key West is the worst Dairy Queens in the whole...

Do not tip until you get your order. New owners are terrible! We have so many wonderful ice cream shops in Key West. This is not one of them.I always get the same thing. The grasshopper. It always had the graham cracker sprinkles in it. This time I was told it would be extra. When I got home, I did my research. Lots of photos and specific details regarding what is in the grasshopper. Including the graham cracker sprinkles. Seriously, if I wanted two scoops of mint chocolate chip ice cream, I could’ve just gone to the grocery store for half the price. Instead of arguing with a customer, just give them what they want. I took two bites of my ice cream and told the server to put it in the trash. I have no desire to go back here ever again. This used to be my favourite place to get ice cream. Until someone else bought this place. The ice cream taste the same but the worker are the worst looks like they dont wanna work, there really rude, when you ask for a cup holder they usually need to put the lid on the ice cream when you have so much ice creams, they dont even put the effort to make it comfortable for people. My little 11 year old sister know how to say cup holder she said can she get one of those cup thingy NATALIA said its called cup holder and rolled her eyes. Terrible, myself I also went and asked for cup holder she dropped some things, she was all angry because i asked for a cup holder even tho its her Job!!! Good Ice cream but terrible staff...
