Discovered this gem as it across from Azul (great stay, check em out!). The food is SO DARN GOOD!! I got the huevos rancheros one morning (to die for), and the breakfast burrito another morning. They serve food all day, but we only hit them up at breakfast. I imagine everything is good! Their cuban coffee was as good as cuban coffee queen. Most days language barrier was not a problem, there was a young guy who was working our last visit before we left KW, his inability to understand us was problematic- our food order was wrong. BUT, the lady from the back who brought the food out, she fixed the issue right away. Staff do need to be able to speak enough english to do the job if you're going to leave him in charge of the front of house. Not really a complaint as everything was made right. This will be where I get breakfast next time...

It seems to be mostly locals ordering food in Spanish and everyone who walked in greeted the cashier like they knew each other. It's not a place for ambiance, it's for food with a home-cooked feel. The chorizo was good but a little too chewy for my liking. Reminds me of how we eat at home when we have latin breakfasts.
