Dare Devil's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Kill Devil Hills

Bad experience. Won't be returning. I called in and ordered one pizza with mushrooms and pepperoni, and when my husband went to pick it up, at first they tried to give him something with steak in it. Then they gave him the wrong order again (two pizzas that were completely wrong). He told them that this is not what my wife ordered and the girl working there said that is was what I ordered and assured him that's what she had written down even though he said he thought it was wrong.. So he left with the two pizzas and when I called to tell them that was in fact the wrong order that they gave us the girl said "Oh yea the couple that ordered that is here now, so come back." We came back and a man (manager or owner maybe) tried to make me keep and pay for the two pizzas and they would just give us the one we originally ordered for free. I told him I wasn't interested in paying for two pizzas when we only ordered one. He then said that he would like the two pizzas back and he would give us a small refund. What was he going to do? Re-sell them? He said he would just give us $20.00 back and we originally paid $37.00. That means that we paid $17.00 for one and he said that he we were getting a heck of a deal. Yeah right. On the website our pizza plus tax should have cost us $16.85, WHAT A DEAL. I told him I didn't agree with this and he wouldn't do anything else. My husband and father-in-law said that they tried to give another couple there the wrong order too. We made two trips for mediocre pizza. Won't...

If your looking for Real Buffalo Wings this probably is not your place. I'm originally from Buffalo NY and reside in NC. So we were in the Outer Banks and were looking for good pizza and wings so I google several reviews around and decided to come to Dare Devils Pizzeria based on the reviews an a local Facebook page for OBX. We ordered 1 large pizza and 2 orders of wings witch you only get 9 wings for $9.95. I had told the waitress we wanted are wings extra crispy and she said ok. We waited roughly 20 minutes and got both the pizza and wings at the same time. The pizza was average at best and was small for being a large. The wings were originally baked and they did put the wings in the fryer for maybe 3 minutes and were the worst wings I've ever had. So if your in the area and expecting Buffalo wings do not go To Dare Devil's Pizzeria........... sincerely a true...

Dare Devil’s Pizzeria is hands down one of the best pizza spots I’ve been to in a long time. The crust is perfectly baked—crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. You can tell everything is made fresh, from the dough to the toppings. Their sauce has great flavor, and the cheese pull is next-level.

I tried the “Inferno” pizza and it was incredible—spicy sausage, jalapeños, and a hot honey drizzle that ties everything together. It’s bold, different, and seriously delicious. The wings were another highlight—crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor.

The staff was super friendly and attentive, and the whole place had a clean, upbeat vibe. Whether you’re with family, hanging out with friends, or just grabbing a bite solo, Dare Devil’s makes you feel right at home.
