*edit - we found a number for their catering business and left a voicemail. They did refund the money. We did not get a phone call or anything, but at least we didnt have to report as fraud to the bank and deal with all that drama. I am giving them another star for handling it quickly once we got it to their attention. *We are visiting from VA and have never been here so we went online to look for places to get breakfast. The offerings of 10 of 6 were above what we expected to find so late in the day so we started an order from the website. When attempting to order a platter we found that you had to select at least one meat even though adding meat cost extra. You also had to specify how you wanted your eggs prepared even if you opted for no eggs. Then when ordering beverages we found that we could not specify what type of fountain soda and you could only order tea if you got the sweetner, lemon wedges and straw which also had an additional cost. By this point we were frustrated that the website seemed designed to make us spend more money, but it was worth it in the end to get the variety of food. So we put in the billing info and set it for pickup so we could pick our own drinks. It did not let us submit the order without entering shipping information and there were no fields for shipping information on the pickup screen so we switched to delivery and entered the shipping info then switched back to pick up and it still didnt go through. It forced us to chose delivery even though that too cost us more money. After a few minutes we recieved an email confirmation that did not include the tea and so we tried to call the store to add the tea and specify soda but there was no answer and the voicemail was full. Assuming this was due to the lunch rush we waited. After an hour we had not received any further acknowledgement of our order and we tried to call again, still no answer so we went to just pick up our food and chose our drinks. There was construction going on and a sign that said they were closed until march. This was not indicated anywhere on google or on their website and they certainly did take the money for our order. Read moreWe placed an order Monday June 28th not knowing they were closed due to kitchen issues. We placed online for delivery as nothing on the website stated they were closed. When our order never came we called and their line was full and not answering. We finally managed to get ahold of someone on their catering line who assured us we shouldn't be charged so we assumed everything was fine. Tuesday June 29th we notice the order was in fact taken out of our account and we emailed and called. No one answered. Now Thursday July 1st we have emailed and called and I have now physically been at the building (They're still closed despite the signage saying until June 28th) and no one has responded to refund us for the order. At first this was a simple issue but now it has turned in to an issue and we will definitely not be visiting or recommending this place to anyone. Please respond to my calls or emails and refund us for an order we never got. It also might be a good idea to update the website or google with the fact that you're closed and not open.
Update to respond to owner: First, My name isn't Ken. It's pretty clearly written at the top of my review. I'm not sure if this was meant to be sarcasm on your part, if so extremely unprofessional. Second I'd be happy to send screenshots showing my emails from June 29th not to mention the calls and voicemails that went unanswered June 29, June 30th and July 1st. I got automated email responses until July 1st. I made several attempts at communicating with Ten O Six and none were responded to until my July 1st Emails. My order was for 21.81. Also without communicating to the customer that an error was in fact noticed how would I have known? I would like to add as of July 2nd I still have not been refunded and my bank said they didn't see anything processing.
I understand unforeseen circumstances but perhaps it would be beneficial to update your website and google hours while you are closed so they do not give out faulse information. Situations like this could be avoided. I went to your location to talk to someone and signage said June 28th but as of July 1st you were still closed. Communication would be something to better yourselves on.
It seems that perhaps this issue is one others have faced as well.

I want you to know that I ordered for 25 people They only sent 40 pieces of chicken and 40 pieces of ribs. Robin told me that I had to control the amount of food my family ate. There wasn’t enough Mac n cheese. Not enough bacon for my potato bar! She told me if my family members would take one plate with one item of each thing I ordered there would be enough food! Who eats like that? There wasn’t enough chicken for 2 pieces! 40 pieces feeds 20! I ordered for 25 adults. I didn’t even ask for kid prices! I had 4 under 5 and they didn’t eat from the buffet!
Yes we had potatoes left over and vegetables. But those were sides! My main meat chicken was gone! How do you count a wing as a portion? Mac n cheese came in a shallow tin!
That’s ridiculous there wasn’t enough Mac and cheese and chicken! Robin told the server to warm up the left over Mac cheese from the night before! Awful! I only had a wing so that my kids could eat! My husband had a drumstick! Just awful! We also ran out of bacon after 10 people! It was a potato bar! You sent big containers of sour cream and a small container of bacon ridiculous!
