Subway — Restaurant in Kingman

Hands down the worst customer service experience I’ve had at any Subway. I noticed after the fact my sandwich was made completely wrong, I was charged for a different sandwich, and when I let them know of the mistake I was greeted with nothing but defensiveness and attitude. I was surprised at how much effort went into their part in explaining how it wasn’t their fault instead of just listening to the customer and fixing the problem. The shift manager working and one of her employees should probably receive some sort of remedial customer service training. I’m not saying the customer is always right or that customers should receive any sort of special treatment. I’m saying paying customers should be able to say they enjoyed their overall experience. I did not. Normally I wouldn’t expect a response to a review like this but with how argumentative the manager was, I can’t imagine her passing up the opportunity to make sure she’s heard. If you want Subway, do yourself a favor and drive a mile down the road to the Subway on Stockton Hill Rd. Unlike that Subway, you don’t get greeted when you walk in this one. Not a huge deal but also you need a key from the cashier so washing your hands to eat with is useless. I also received a tiny amount of roast beef on my sandwich (see photo) so I politely asked for more but the employee told me they weigh each serving of meat (with what their hands?) and each serving is exactly 1.5 ounces like that is possible to weigh just using your hands. So I left very unsatisfied and hungry. It was also not very clean there. So in summary if you like being greeted and clean hands to eat with and more meat on your sandwich and nicer Subway employees, go to the Stockton...

We arrived at the location after 9pm. Sept 26. The server there was cleaning the lobby. He gives us the look like oh great! You could clearly see he was ready to go home. I assured him we were taking it to go. No worries! My son and daughter went to use the rest room that smelled heavily of toilet cleaners not sure about that. Both kids however have autism. My husband and older son ordered for us. The server asked my older son if his brother was in any programs after giving him a not so kind once over ... I think that subway needs to sit down with their employees or I can and answer any questions they might have reguarding folks that do life different than them.
