This is the worst customer service I have ever seen...... Period!!! My friend won $20 on a scratcher ticket. , he went back inside to get the $20 and the lady gave him back $14 . We took the change back in and tried to say she must have made a mistake and could she please look at the ticket, she proceeded to say I was being rude , then she started yelling and acting really crazy . The manager showed up and gave me the correct amount and instead of apologizing was also rude. Someone from AMPM , like the owner needs to straight check these people .I would watch the tape if possible....
