Well I'll tell you my experience the price is what it is the quality is what it is yes you need to check your labels and see where things are made but the employees go out of their way to stay away from you and not do their work three times I've been there to get my hat cleaned and reshaped and they always have a different excuse for why they are unable to accommodate my hat needs I don't believe you need three female employees at the register assisting One customer at checkout once while I was there I noticed a couple looking at hats for what must have been 20 minutes as I walked around in the store looking at belts and belt buckles I noticed that no one ever went over there to assist them with the hats now mind you these people look like they had money the young woman had very expensive designer boots while I was dressed in jeans and flip-flops and a dirty t-shirt as a consumer of products around the Kingman area I don't think that it matters how you are dressed you need to come from behind that counter and assist people and make a sale don't let BootBarn become one of those stores that go bankrupt due...
Read moreVery disappointed with this Boot Barn. I have been shopping there for many years and the previous manager Shelly was a sweetheart and so is the new manager Michelle, but some of the staff has an issue.
Despite a very clear email message from Corral Boots, quoted below, Selina refused to do the job Corral was asking for. Not one word of "I'm sorry" or so. Here are the instructions from Corral that she refused to follow and just told me I have to take care of this with Corral myself: Good morning Maria,
We are sorry you had this issue with our boots. You would need to contact Boot Barn directly about the issue. They have some steps they need to follow with us if there is an issue with the boots. Any issues must be resolved between Boot Barn and the customer. If Boot Barn needs to contact us directly, the interaction until the issue is resolved will be between Boot Barn and their Corral sales rep.
We recommend you provide Boot Barn with proof of purchase and pictures of both boots from the front, back, sides, and soles/heels. You should have an answer soon...
Read moreDON'T USE THEIR ONLINE KIOSK. The employee used it to order 1 pair of boots for me and it said PAYMENT DECLINED card information incorrect she changed my name and tried to process it over and over again. Unbeknownst to me they took out the money from my account each time even though it said payment declined then the employee tells me this has happened before, then why do you have them up? Now all I can do is go back and forth on the phone with their cold, callus and unsympathetic customer service people who try to make it to be my fault even though I didn't use the kiosk and even if I did payment declined in every store means no money was taken not were going to take the money out of your account anyways and leave you with no money or product. So please whatever you do DON'T USE THEIR KIOSKS this is a major headache and they have been very unprofessional...
