Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Kirkland

Ignore the "Guide", the "mixed" reviews are because this place is garbage. I have been here five to seven times over the last three years I have lived in this town and each time they have had some sort of problem.

The first time, they charged me for two mustard packets. This is an eight dollar sandwich and you want to nickel and dime me for condiments to make it not taste like disgusting old lettuce? Mcdonalds doesn't even charge for extra sauce.

The second time, we tried getting it delivered since we received a coupon (directly from the store, they were the address listed) for delivery and after waiting for twenty minutes we receive a call saying we are out of delivery range. We live .1 miles from the store, the only reason for delivery was the coupon (sent to us FOR DELIVERY FROM THE STORE). They accepted our order in the first place using the online map. Suddenly they are not allowed to drive the 200 feet up to our driveway.

Every time after was either mediocre or bad tasting. We put off going for awhile (well over half a year) until I decided I wanted a sandwich while at the store today.

I walk in and the place just smells awful, like a mix of old bread, cleaner, and meat that has been left out too long. I order my turkey and they ask if I want cheese. I'm a little confused as it is a sandwich shop so I assume all of them have cheese of some kind. I say yes and she charges me something like a dollar extra for cheese. I'm sorry is $7.70 not enough for a 9 inch sandwich with two tiny circles of turkey, cheese, and more lettuce than anyone wants? The kicker? I get home and there is absolutely no cheese on the sandwich.

Don't go here. Jersey Mikes tastes far better and is way more consistent. Not to mention they actually seem like they enjoy working there and will have a conversation with you rather than spout a robotic line they've said to every...

NOT freaky fast delivery. I understand everyone is understaffed, but this situation grounded my gears:

I placed an order at 1:30 for as soon as possible. Typically, orders arrive to my place of work within 10-15 minutes, which is amazing! At 2:05 I called the store to ensure that my order wasn’t lost, and that it would be delivered within a reasonable time frame, as I had meetings at 3pm and would not be able to eat. They assured me that my order was sitting there already prepared and ready to go, and would be the first one out as soon as a driver got back. My order was not delivered until after 3:15 (I was in meetings, so my coworkers received it for me and, knowing how long it was taking, noted to time). I filled out the feedback form on the website, as I don’t think they should fulfill orders if they are that understaffed, and they certainly should not have not assured me on the phone that my order would get to me very soon, as it was still over an hour later. I received a response that they were forwarding it to the franchise owner, and then crickets. I let the corporate person know that I didn’t receive any communication from the franchisee, they assured me they would reach out again, and then still nothing.

1.75 hours is the slowest delivery service I have ever received from anywhere, let alone somewhere that claims to be “freaky fast.”. I’m disappointed and annoyed that they still charged me for my order that I wasn’t even able to eat because it was so late, and won’t even respond when their corporate office (apparently) reaches out...

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Food is good but this location sucks!

So about a month and half ago I came in and ordered two sandwiches to go and when I got home we found out that one of the sandwiches were the wrong one. So we called the location because we had to get back to work and the manager on duty took my information and said that they would just give us a sandwich free next time for the trouble. So today I called to get a sandwich and I explained what had happen and what I was told. The guy on he phone told me I would need to talk to the manager. Which I did explain what had happen again to the manager. Maria was the manager and started speaking to me stern like I was trying to get something for free. She asked me for the receipt and I was like, it was over a month and half ago. Then she said to me who did you speak too and I said the manager working. He was a male. Needless to say she was very rude and then told me without that information she couldn’t do anything for us. I would have gladly ordered but she then hangup on us. When you put manager in charge of your place that behave like this. Says, lots about the Owners and what type of client tell you want. I won’t ever buy from them.
