Very bad service as they said we don’t tip. Go check on your cctv i gave like 40% cash tip. No more going there!!! You should know yourself why i didn’t give you any more tip!!!

At first i ordered drinks for $13+ with using $20 cash, then bartender gave me a change, i decided to gave him all the change. I’d tried to call him like three times to get the tip but still he ignored so i pushed the money forward so that they can see the tip. I don’t think he saw that i was give him a tip. Second time my sister order one more drink, she signed him a tip. The third time i ordered the drink he served me and said order one time don’t let me go back and forth. He said like this to me so I decided not to gave him any more tip. My sister who just arrived she still didn’t know what she wants to have yet but like he was rushing her. We want to order more but seem like the bartender doesn’t care at all. Even talked to another bartender which i heard they said we didn’t give the tip don’t serve us no more. The last time my sister tried to order the lady bartender even said she doesn’t serve us because we didn’t give them tip. This is so insane. And those bartenders should know why we don’t give any more tip because you don’t deserve it!!! I’m also a bartender I know how hard the bartender work that’s why every time i give a lot of tip for them because they deserve it but yes you...

We were meeting friends for a farewells evening as we enjoyed coming here for many years as it was our parents favorite place ,we had ordered Fish and chips ,what came was a normally small portion for seniors I had asked the young lady is this the regular size portion as there were hardly any chips for $19.95 I had also ordered the mushy peas she let me know it’s the normal portion ,I had said that I had eaten earlier this month was given a larger portion fries with the meals she exclaimed I don’t know how you got a larger amount , I was so disappointed in her comment,I’m a regular there and always leave generous tips if I spend $4 I leave $6tip ,when I got the bill it showed Half portion fish and chips when I asked another member of the staff said if I wanted a full meal it would have been $11.95 extra it’s actually half a portion as told by the staff ,on the menu it only says fish and chips , i was also humiliated in front of our friends as she called me senile because i had said i was disgusted in how they were ….,bad on me for poor choice of words but i forgot they pay me to come to there place of work ????so very sad that they are taking advantage of tourist …I am a local that has eaten here regularly and come to trivia every Monday very disappointed ….my bill $61.00 for all the harassment what...

I am now residing in Celebration Florida. My buddy and I wanted to stop for cold brewski or two before ending our reunion last night. It was Aug 13th Saturday. We decided to try out near by bar aside my residence in Celebration. We both sat at the bar for nearly 5 minutes. “No acknowledgment, no hi we will be right with you.”” Nothing!”” It was like we were ghost and eye contact wasn’t a thing for the two behind the bar. They just went cleaning up, talking with current bar guest like there weren’t two new customers that just sat looking for a good cold brew.. Nothing, five minutes we sat spoke amongst each other till we decided to head out to Applebee’s nearby. I will not step foot in this establishment ever again; in addition I will pass on the word to my neighbors and community about the horrible experience I had last night. Sad to see a local bar that’s conveniently located near is ruined with absolutely no customer service. I will continue taking my business to Town Tavern in Downtown Celebration. So please be aware! I do not recommend this bar to anyone! Only reason I gave it 2 stars is...
