When I arrived there were two other guests in front of me. As the only person in line, I straddled both waiting for a register to open. As one customer completed their order I approach the register. The gentleman tending the register turns to the kitchen, starts chatting with a kitchen member, pulls out his phone and starts tapping away, still talking to the guy in the kitchen. I'm just standing there waiting...
The other customer finishes their order and the young lady invites me over to her register to submit my order. At this point, I'm pretty annoyed. As a customer service manager, poor service annoys me to no end.
The young lady proceeded to take great care of me. I was actually impressed, to the point I would have offered her a job if I weren't in a hurry. She turned my two star rating into a four. I would have given HER 5 stars, no...

The whole process takes about 2-3 minutes tops. Not the 10 minutes I spent waiting for my food. Could it have been freshly cooked? Nope. I've eaten ice cream that was warmer than that. All the while I'm waiting I'm watching the woman who took my order and gave me my soda saunter off to text on her phone. 10 freaking minutes of waiting and for cold, disgusting food. Oh, and figuring out where the drive through area is located is a total nightmare.
