Loved the food! Service was great! This a fairly newly built place so very clean and well taken care of. I only have 2 complaints. 1. Parking is terrible. I think there are 15 parking places and half were taken I'm assuming by employees.? There was only 3 people eating inside, so not sure, just speculating. Next is the music. My wife of 38yrs and I was on a "date" and it was very hard to hear what she was saying due to the music being so loud. I don't mind background music, but just way to loud for me. All and all I would go back. The food was worth it. Just get it to go.

I'm not a big fan of crinkle fries, so that might affect my opinion that their fries are kind of mediocre. They weren't hot or crispy. The chicken didn't have a whole lot of flavor, and it seemed a little greasy to me, but the dipping sauce was delicious and the bread was a nice touch. But hey, they're open on Sunday :)

Raising Cane's is known for its chicken fingers, crinkle-cut fries, and Texas toast. Not healthy, but from time to time we need to visit. The toast is amazing if done correctly. Chicken fingers are tasty and goes well with the special sauce. Lemonade is very refreshing. All in all good place to go.

I stopped at Raising Cane’s because there was no line and I figured I could get through the drive thru in under the usual 25 minutes. As I was ordering, I started wondering why there was no line at noon on a weekday when the Chick-fil-A across the street was packed as usual.

I like Raising Cane’s, so I thought I would give them another shot. But after paying over $10 for a three-piece meal, I quickly saw why there was no wait. The chicken tenders were about half the size they normally are. Honestly, they were closer to chicken nuggets. I felt like I just paid over $10 for three nuggets and a handful of fries.

Thinking it had to be a mistake or maybe a kids meal, I asked the manager. She politely confirmed it was correct and gave me a full refund, which I appreciated. She even offered to let me keep the food, but I declined. It wasn’t really a meal unless you are a little kid. I did look around while I was in there and there were some people that had some bigger tenders. However that just highlights the inconsistencies of this establishment.

This was the first time I have ever asked for a refund at a fast-food restaurant and it was disappointing. I have completely lost faith in this location. Unless things change, I would not be surprised if this Raising Cane’s is shutdown within a year. It looks like Chick-fil-A could use a second location across the street.

To summarize.. if the only thing on your menu is chicken tenders, then you should probably do chicken tenders better than...

Ordered about four combos of food for pickup at curbside. Stayed in the car with my daughter to let her listen to music. 10-15 minutes go by, then another 5 minutes. I see people coming out of the restaurant with food that went in five minutes earlier. Someone parks next to me and within 2 minutes they have their food brought out.

We finally went in to ask if our order was not started or something else. 25 minutes has gone by waiting. They look in the system and see our order was taken out a while ago to us. I told them to go look on the camera because I never went anywhere and no one came out to us. They start looking around and find the food sitting on a counter, probably for 15-20 minutes. They had no idea how long its been there.

Manager checks the order and starts to go toward me with it, like I'm gonna take it home cold. I said no, please remake it.

They made the order fresh and gave us a little extra because they made the order twice.. I wasn't mad or anything I just wanted to take...

I had difficulty placing an order with the restaurant cashier because she lacked training. She would not substitute coleslaw for the fries for the combo meal, and I pointed out/showed her the verbiage on the menu that says this can be done. However, the cashier denied the substitution was possible until the manager came by to correct the issues.

I was dissatisfied with the dining room experience. Not enough tables for single/double that had seats that were normal (not a high chair). Not very accessible and friendly to seniors/others who cannot/don't like sitting on a cheap high-chair. Most of the restaurant had one big table with high chairs where you had to sit next to strangers. Recommend providing more pleasant dining room seating and comfort chairs, easy to get in/out and accessible. I don't think I will be dining inside this restaurant again.

Please train the staff to make side substitutions for combo meals or take the text off the menu saying you can substitute for...
