Rum Largo Poolside Bar & Café — Restaurant in Lake Buena Vista

Be incredible carful if you stay at this Hilton and patronize this bar. We had our room billed and also paid by credit card for a tab this past September. The next morning before we checked out, we noticed the double billing and went to the bar to have it corrected. The server working was the same one who had served us the day before and remembered us paying by credit card. He apologized said he would fix it, but they never refunded us. After weeks of trying to get refunded by email, we had to drive back to the hotel to get it refunded since they refused to do it over email. Really really terrible service two days in a row. I waited 30 minutes for a menu (after sitting for 10 minutes and having a server ask if I wanted one, so I guess 40 minutes), the bartender was super rude and I said excuse me to ask a question of a staff member and she held up her hand turned on her heels and walked away from me without any further aknowlegement of me... Honestly I've had a good experience at this hotel everywhere else but the people out here would make me never...
