I loved this store so much. I really fell in love with the products and everything this company had to offer. I started by buying in store when in Disney and then I started buying online due to my place of residence not being close to an actual store. I have had issues upon issues with them ever since and it’s a shame because I was so loyal and in love with the company. It started when I received a 40$ body butter made of shea. The bottle was missing a safety seal and had a finger mark in it. Right away I knew this was not right as I’ve had many products before from them. When I contacted customer care, the person told me “ don’t worry, that’s completely normal. The seals fall off. It’s completely safe. And the finger mark is from the product moving around. “ this was distressing in many ways 1) it’s not normal, 2) the product is solid so it does not move until it’s touched 3) it’s completely unsafe in every way. I asked could I return the contaminated product for a new one ? Or simply send it back for a refund as I do not feel I should have to pay for a tampered with, and contaminated product. I was denied both options via email so I called the customer support number thinking that maybe the agent was new or something. And to my surprise the lady seemed to almost repeat everything the last agent had said. Once again I explained that I don’t feel safe or comfortable putting contaminated cosmetics on my body and would appreciate a refund or replacement. She has forwarded my information to upper management and I have heard nothing from them since. Customer service is important, but customer safety is number one and this company seems to be null and void on both. Once again I’m being told that I’m to use this product even though the safety seal is gone and there is a finger print inside. They tried to say “ it comes out the manufacturer and mails right out.” Ok? Well people still box it up and tape it shut and then ship it out. It seems like they would rather dance around the issue and blame everyone else rather than provide a safe solution for a paying customer. I’m including photos and I strongly urge people not to support a business that isn’t going to practice safe and ethical behavior. On top of that I’d go even further to say that during a time where we have bacteria like Covid 19 and others, it’s completely appalling and negligent that someone would assure me to use an open product. It’s revolting that they would rather protect their pockets than the clients that give them business. As consumers we need to weed through these shady companies full of corporate greed and only purchase from retailers we can trust. I’m having to dispute the transaction with my bank so I do not trust these people any longer and will not return. Now I’m here my heart beat is just so high and my face is flushed red because I honestly cannot believe this. I shouldn’t have called and wasted my time. I should have never patronized this business...

Massive selection of bath bombs and soaps. I didn't try any soaps, so I can't leave a review for those. The bombs however, are very cheaply made. I got some that smelled like Victoria's Secret scent "Love Spell" in a big heart shape. I started a bath, put the bath bomb in, went to shut the master bedroom door, came back and the bath bomb was already gone. That means there is far too much citric acid in it, and not enough of anything else. The scent did stick around though, so at least there was that.

But I also bought six bath bomb "marbles" and added those to my bath a few days ago. They also disappeared very quickly, left no scent behind, and didn't even change the clarity or color of the water! It was like I hadn't added them at all! I also noticed they lost most of their dry scent within just a week, despite being in a closed container!

The soaps had some good smell, but the prices kept us away from most of it. Typical theme-park over-pricing. But now I regret buying the bath bombs too!

I also strongly suggest the store keep a closed tin of coffee beans on hand (several, really) so people can "cleanse" their olfactor in between smelling the...

The soap and body scrub is the best of any brand I've ever used. It leaves your hands and body so smooth. I have severe dry skin (think my leg looks like alligator skin during winter and in the dry florida water) . The body scrub here (I use the Shea salt one) is the only that actually works to make my skin moisture and smooth. I don't even need lotion when I get out of the shower this stuff is amazing ! The Bars of soap too are insanely moisturizing I use for my body and hands. Yes it's pricey but they are totally worth it (and that's coming from a cheapskate)! By the registers they have end pieces of the soaps that come out to like 60% off compared to full bars so I always get those too . These are sooo much better than any of the hand soaps, bars etc in whole...
