Never Again! We had reservation for 7pm for my Birthday on Saturday July 27, and we were asked to arrive at 6:40pm. We were all on time, it wasn't busy and for some reason we still had to wait to be seated. I'm guessing the chef we had was just learning his craft. He kept dropping the spatula and every egg he attempted to spin. I do however applaud his efforts as I could tell he was nervous. My boyfriend and I had the steak hibachi. However after returning home we were both confined to the bathroom the rest of the night. The worst of the service I was later informed of the next day. Had I heard how this was handled I probably would have caused a scene. My son and his girlfriend along with my youngest son were on a separate ticket. Apparently she had given our server a card to pay for their meals and unfortunately it was declined. I am appalled and so embarrassed at the way the server handled this. Instead of him asking to have a word with her or quietly letting her know of the situation, he loudly told her this card has been declined while forcing it back to her. Completely embarrassing her in front of people she had just met and first time having dinner with any of us. My boyfriend's brother having seen the look on her face and witnessing this poorly handled situation was gracious enough to save any further embarrassment and offered his card instead and later informed us of the incident. Today I will be contacting that establishment and informing management of how they embarrassed my party and was furthermore made ill...

To start off with we went Monday and the service was bad but we wanted to try again tonight! Fast forward to tonight, we decided to try the hibachi. We waited 30 minutes for drinks, okay cool. We order a sushi roll and ordered our hibachi. The “chef” then proceeded to drench our face in water and hit me dead in the face with a vegetable as I’m not looking. (Yes I get the fun of hibachi but this was out of disrespect). Our food TERRIBLE. Overcooked steak, undercooked scallops and shrimp. Nothing edible at this point. People next to us had the same issue, So we tell the waitress and she states the “owner” said she can only offer to redo the food or take 20% off while making remarks about how we were just complaining about it. She states the scallops that were ice cold and rubbery were very much edible. So we asked her to try one and she chuckled and said “I’m not eating that”. So then she states she remembered us from Monday and being we didn’t tip her 2$ due to poor service, she wasn’t serving us tonight. We waited 20 mins to even get a drink tonight. Then to get food was over an hour for somthing we couldn’t even eat. She sat in the restaurant and blatantly thought it was so funny and that we were the terrible people. We will NEVER be back to this establishment at all. Paying for the food was not the issue, the issue was the disrespect from both the “chef”...

We just left there. I have a severe food allergy, which the staff was advised of, however, it wasn't fully understood by the wait staff and cook so unfortunately I was not able to eat most of the food I ordered. I still give them 4 stars. Despite the language barrier and food contaminated with the food allergin that can kill me, they went above and beyond trying to make it right by me. Unfortunately at that point I was uncomfortable getting a different dish, but the staff was absolutely great start to finish as far as hospitality. The restaurant was clean and the food I was able to eat I devoured. It was delicious. I'd definitely recommend eating there. Just be careful with the language barrier if you have a food allergy... but again, if you do they were more than willing and attempted numerous times to make it right. They cleaned the grill and began preparing to cook my meal by itself on the clean grill, tried to give another round of saki😁 and the cook began making me my own special meal. Unfortunately my food allergy is so bad I respectfully had to decline, but I absolutely appreciate the customer service of their establishment. I'd definitely go back, but obviously hibachi grill...
