Left my purse at their tables Thursday evening and didn't realize till I got home so I went back a day later to retrieve it and the lady at the register recognized me and she said YES ,they have been holding my purse in the back ,when she went back to get it -the purse was no where to be seen, she asked her coworker (who was also there Thursday evening) where it was and she said she “didn’t know” and that “it was turned in to customer service. Meanwhile my AirPods that where inside my purse was pinging toward the back room of Subway. I get an officer to retrieve my headphone but the purse was no where to be seen. Read moreI am a disabled person who suffers with siezures. I was denied service because I have service dog that alerts me when I am having a seizure. He is literally 4 lbs and I where him like a halter monitor. I have been allowed to have him in restaurants like Hell's Kitchen and Dragos. I am employed by Walmart who required Doctor documentation before I was hired. The Subway is inside Walmart. AMANDA she would not give me her last name was very rude and condescending. Is there a worse discrimination then one of a disabled person..... I think not. I will be contacting the Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division to lodge...
Read moreI placed an order online around 1:40pm and my order said it would be ready at 2pm. I called around 1:50 to make sure my order was being done and the lady said she was going to get to work on it. When I arrived at 2pm I had to wait 37 minutes for my order to finally be made. I am here on business and waiting is not an option for me. I was so frustrated and disgusted by the lack of service and professionalism in this establishment that I almost cancelled my order but I was so hungry so I had no choice but to wait.
