I didnât want to leave this as a review but I did request a managers card to contact and was told she (the person in charge) was unable to provide anyones contact information for me to reach out to.
I visited this baskin robins on Wednesday night at about 8:45pm. There were 5-6 people working between baskin and Dunkinâ and a group of three ahead of my group of 4 in line at baskin getting ice cream. My children got a single scoop on top of sugar cones and My mom and I got single scoops in a cup (after the person behind the counter wasnât sure how to make a banana split or sundae which is why we just got a cup). I asked for clarification on my ice cream cones (from someone other than who scooped my ice cream) because there was no ice cream inside of the cones and just a smaller scoop on top. I was told thatâs how they come. My cup came with a partial scoop and I asked someone else if that was the standard one-scoop for a cup and she added more ice cream to my cup (so no, it wasnât originally the standard one-scoop). I moved over to the counter to pay and was left there alone for a few minutes before I was noticed by an employee so I could pay for my items, from there I asked for clarification on the cones coming without ice cream on the inside of the cone or just a scoop on top. The woman who seemed to be in charge said they come just on top. I asked for a contact card for either a district manager, franchise manager, store manager or anyone of authority above her. She said she didnât have any of that information to give me. While eating our ice cream at one of the tables we needed napkins and all dispensers were out so my mom requested them from someone behind the counter and the attendant couldnât understand what my mom was asking for. While walking out the front door we could see behind the counter was an absolute disaster with trash on the counters and ground.    Read moreThere is a point in which an employee can be so terrible that it negatively affects the brand. This could be a case study for this example. The terrible employee was at the location across town when I went there, so I purposely drove to this location as I was in town on vacation again. I figuired that maybe she had been better trained in the transfer, and kept an open mind. Sadly, she was even worse. After we waited 10 mins for her to finish mopping, she glared at us and grunted, so we placed our order. After her leaning and grunting around trying to tell us that she didnt have the right containers, didnt have a bananna for a bananna split, didnt have a waffle cone for a cone, we understood the grunting to have meant that she didnt want to make us anything, she had already cleaned up for the night. In a desperate attempt to try to communicate with the other employee that was leaning on the counter talking to her friends and playing on her phone...I asked if she could help us as this employee appeared to be malfunctioning. Sadly, this employee grunted in a similiar manner and said, "That is my mom." Of course neither had any contacts for their franchise operator, etc, as other posters have reported. If I didnt have a lifelong appreciation for BR, I would never give this brand a second though...I just have to question WHY someone would hire such rude, incompetent, representation of their franchise. I have also never known a business to allow the only two employees in a place to be in a position such as this for obvious reasons, including theft...but it appears this franchise owner must not care...

Husband ordered a 2 scoop waffle cone and that was what a person would consider for portions BUT my single scoop waffle, they only put a ball of ice cream to fit top. I could see empty space below it on the cone. My son got his cup of ice cream barely past the top of the cup but my daughter heapped past the top for her cup. When asked about giving him a little more to make it more even, they said they couldn't. My other daughter ordered a sundae and all it was a single scoop of iceream that barely made top of cup, in a cup with a teaspoon of whip topping and a cherry; not worth the price difference for a sundae compared to a...
