Subway — Restaurant in Lake Delton

I like Subways as they seem healthy option when you are out and about for weeks at a time. However, this Subway staff was very rude. We got 2 foot longs, and in one they forgot to put Tomatoes, and in other they did not put Black Olives. I asked the girl who was making it to put it, she said "I already did and if you want more, you have to pay extra". I said "Ok, I will pay. Can you please put it.". She still did not put it and told me that she did. I paid $1 for extra olives. When I got the sandwich, I opened and showed it to her, and her manager (who I asked to come outside and check it) and there was not even one olive in whole foot long sandwich. I told her to put Oil and Vinegar and she did not. We were the only customers at that time and there were three ladies at the counter -- all laughing, talking and giggling to themselves, rather than listening to what we were saying. Absolutely worst service in my 30 years of eating out. I run a thriving business and these kind of employees will be fired...

We came here on Saturday March 15th at 3:40 and had the worst customer service a Subway, or fast food restaurant for that matter, has ever given. We weren’t greeted, the guy making our sandwich just stared at us rather than asking what we would like to order. It was awkward and uncomfortable- not a friendly environment or one I’d like to be apart of. And we had to eat in our car because every single table was dirty with either crumbs or sauce. As we left, we got glares rather than a simple thanks or have a good day. I tip 15-20% at every Subway I go to, not this one.

I overheard other customers making comments about how unwelcoming this place was as we were on our way out.

Spinach was slimy. Returned my salad and was told “we know it’s slimy but that’s all we have.” 😳 Not an apology or recognition that their spinach was spoiled. I then had to ASK to have my salad re-made. The team behind the counter was annoyed at the request. Still ended up with something spoiled as I got SUPER sick (quick bout of food poisoning) about 12 hrs after eating the salad. Other parents went there and had similar food and service quality issues. Two other parents got sick. We all ate chicken breasts that we assume were spoiled but undetectable. We will NEVER, EVER go to that subway again. Steer clear and eat at...
