Game-On — Local services in Lake Jackson

The Children's Heaven which is now called GameOn is store where they sell retro games , posters, and games. But honestly nowadays it doesn't really seem to be that great like it used to be back in the Mid 2010s because I remember whenever this store was at a different location (Next to JcPenney) it had more games and a variety selection of games.

The other day whenever I went I saw that there wasn't really a whole lot of games for the Gamecube and The Nintendo DS. It mostly just had PS2, PS3, and Wii games. Most of the Cartridges from the NES, SNES, N64, and Sega Genesis were just complete Knock off reproduction games they sell here that are not officially made by Nintendo. So if you are a Retro Video Game Collector, don't expect this store to have official games made by Nintendo because I know many game collectors hate collecting Video game Cartridges that are reproduction.

If you really want Official Nintendo games just shop them at eBay or DkOldies. The other unfortunate thing I saw at this place was that someone was trying to trade in a Nintendo Wii For $70 the console and controller even looked like it was in great condition but all what they offered the poor guy was $15 Dollars cash.

The only reason why I give this place 3 stars is because the staff at the front where friendly and helpful I do give them credit for that. Its just the inventory of Retro games that I wish...

The employees were rude all three times I was in there. gave it one more shot there was no one there in the store and I was in there for 20 minutes. Asked about the prices. I got they were set by a system. I asked what system they used and got ignored so I looked up on my phone three different games a random on Amazon and their prices in the store was over double near triple the buying it new prices on Amazon for older games. I asked about it and I got cussed out and told if I don't leave now they would throw me out. Now I never raised my voice or cursed. I filed a formal complaint with the mall about the owner who threatened me and months later nothing has happened. I wouldn't recommend going there. The place will just rip you off and treat you bad. Just order it from Amazon...

My roommate purchased 4 game boy color games and 3 of them were boot legs. The pcp (motherboard) was half the size that it should be. They were NOT refurbished because the size of the pcp would NOT change if they were. A spare pcp was taken and the game was downloaded to it. And to top it off the games didn't even have internal batteries. Internal batteries are used to power the part of the pcp that allows saving. The bootleg wasn't even a complete boot leg. My roommate will never be going there again. I will never be going there again. My roommate will be going through the correct channels to bring to the attention of anyone who needs to know from a legal standpoint. Please do not give this shady...
