My husband bought my wedding ring there. I took it in on a Sunday to have it sized and to order a third band. We have $500 in rewards cash. The lady I spoke to didn't explain to me how it worked so I assumed that tje third ring would be completely covered. Well that wasn't the case. Anyways we ordered the thrid ring and they told me my wedding ring would be back in five days along with the third band. Five days later they called and said my ring was ready. I placed an order with a promise date of 5/28/21 and have been chatting with customer service 1 week before shipping to make sure there would be no delays. I paid for express shipping. It was my child's high school graduation ring. I specifically ordered from Kay's and paid twice the price so it would be here by Graduation Day. They are unable to contact the jeweler for me to find out what is causing the delay. They cannot refund my money without an ok from the jeweler. I had my ring for maybe a week if that and I lost a small diamond off of the trade mark area. So that took another 3 weeks to get back. I knew it was done poorly by the way it looked. Maybe 4 days later it fell out again. I said I want my money back or I want a new ring. They said no to return and I would need to lose my diamond for a 3rd time to get a whole new one.
