Panda Express — Restaurant in Lake Jackson

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining Here, and I must say that it left a lot to be desired. From the moment I walked in, I encountered a staff that was consistently rude and disrespectful, making my dining experience extremely unpleasant.

To make matters worse, the food served at Here was disappointingly cold. It seemed as though no effort was made to ensure that the dishes were served at an appropriate temperature. The cold food greatly affected the overall taste and enjoyment of the meal, leaving me feeling unsatisfied and dissatisfied.

Moreover, I couldn't help but notice that the quality of the food at this branch of Here was nowhere near as good as what I've experienced at other locations. The lack of consistency is truly disappointing, as one would expect the same level of quality and flavor across all branches of a restaurant chain.

In light of my experience, I would strongly advise against wasting your money Here. Instead, I recommend exploring the other dining options available in the nearby mall. You'll find a plethora of superior alternatives that not only offer delicious food but also boast courteous and respectful staff members who value their customers.

Oh my God. I thought I would never see the day a Panda Express has a one-star. 3 out 4 of us got very sick the next day, all the long. It put us out of commission. The food was stale from being under the hot lamp too long. We were military . We came and still had active military cards. We used it. And they only gave us a discount on one item instead of the whole receipt . On top of that I was charged the $4.50 more than what the guy said it would be. The manager drive-through guy was so clueless as to how to do the orders or anything. And he's been here the longest. The only thing that was good was it teriyaki chicken and that's because it was just made . I am very very disappointed. this is my first one star I've ever given. And you have to earn that one star. Dont go to this Panda Express. go to Chick-fil-A across the street .I highly recommend going there before stopping by here. If you looked and you saw the rating, you're lucky if you have not walked in yet. Go across street to Chick-fil-A you'll have a better and safer dinner . thank you very much...

I love this place! The food is always hot, fresh and delicious. The place is clean and the employees have always been nice. I am a buffet hound but unfortunately there is not a decent one in town. I do find that they give you enough food for the price that I am beyond full when done. The choices are decent, with about a dozen or so entree options, 3 side options (noodles, veggies, rice) which you can make half and half and a variety of side items (LOVE their spring rolls and crab rangoon). I walk away with a large drink, two decent sized entrees, a 2 piece spring roll, 3 piece Rangoon paying about 13 bucks. And it is A LOT of food for 13 bucks! Kids meals are large, very well priced and come with a cookie/drink, my kids love the mushroom chicken. To boot, I always end up having left overs which unlike a buffet I can take home and enjoy later. Panda Express is definitely my favorite Chinese...
