Wingstop — Restaurant in Lake Zurich

I’ve been going here since they opened, I was happy to have a Wingstop less than a mile from home but I’ve had so many issues with the quality of the food here, undercooked, inadequate seasoning, etc, etc, each time, the manager was great and fixed the issue. Every time the employees there figure out how to cook, a few weeks later it’s a totally different crew/manager and the same issues resurface. Yesterday I bought 40 Louisiana Rub classic wings, added “extra cook time” as always, but when my wife picked up the wings, they were in the same sealed aluminum pan that I hate because the steam it produces removes the crispness of the wings that I like. The wings were huge like pterodactyl wings, half were unseasoned, most of them were undercooked, my wife had to place them in the oven just to make them edible. I would’ve called the manager but after all the issues I’ve had at this location I think it’s time to give up. If I ever purchase wings from Wingstop again it won’t be this location. I didn’t take any pictures last night but I’ve added a picture of the last time I had this issue of no seasoning on the wings (December 24, 2024) I never dip my wings so seasoning is...

This spot just opened so I wanted to check it out.

Wings were hot, crispy, and slathered in sauce. Fries were actually well done as asked, which you rarely get from other established locations. Service was great.

I know that the quality is probably so good because this is a new spot, but I hope it stays this way for the long haul. The bar this wingstop sets is truly what all other locations...

Newer location. Have been here several times. Food is ready quickly food is great and staff are awesome too. Have ordered there and online. I have placed large orders for football games twice and everything was perfect. I have been to other locations this one is pretty small but it's new and clean...
