Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Lakewood

I attempted to buy a small order of pretzel nuggets for my child. Mind you there was no line and an entire case full of pretzels etc. The gentleman working told me they were out of smalls so I can only have a large. I would have agreed, but I didn’t think it would be a huge inconvenience to pour the large order (many large containers full of pretzels) into a small container and charge me for that. He said he couldn’t do that and I could wait 7-10 minutes for an order to be made….. Like really? As a manager who works with customers daily at my own job, I found that absolutely ridiculous and obviously a lost sale as there were no other customers. Train your staff to do the right thing, not turn customers away over a dollar price variance. This is why we almost always...

Love Auntie Anne’s Pretzels. I stopped to get some on May 28, 2021 and i had already drove off or else i would have taken them back. The pretzels were not fresh and you couldn’t taste the butter on them, they tasted plane. I was at the mall the next day and i stopped to tell them, to see if maybe I could get a credit. Nope, the young lady who claimed to be the manager was really rude about it. So i just said okey what ever. Today i had to go back at to the mall stopped to get some pretzels, and they were fresh and delicious. But again the girl must have noticed me, because she was not very friendly. This location doesn't keep advertised hours. Twice in the last two weeks I've tried to take my daughter and they were closed early. Once the place was totally closed 1.5 hours early (on a Saturday no less), the 2nd time I was told they stopped serving food an hour before closing time, what?!? Both times we made trips to the mall just to get pretzels (and the 2nd trip I checked online to ensure they would actually be open before going)....
