I’m not gonna lie, the can’t please them all comment from the cashier was rude and by laws of Mother Nature they got their karma . My lady is on a 2 order pick-up in two different locations, 3 guys worked there that night and for the Uber eats order we’re picking up the cashier was confused to our order pickup name but the pizza handler knows what order we’re asking for and tells us 10 mins, so after 15 mins I go back in to pick up and the pizza handler sees me and says 5 mins it’ll be out, so no worries I wait, I’m very patient. Another 10 mins goes by I’m watching specific pizzas get pulled in and out since they’re making pizzas fast and can maybe loose track of whats getting pulled out the oven. I’m tallying up what pizzas are being pulled out so that way if we are waiting too long I know what order was where. My lady in the middle of a Uber eats order is becoming impatient because the time it is taking so she goes in and waits another 4 mins so she gets impatient being you should know the customer or handler to get it to the customer but no acknowledgment so she becomes impatient and asks is the order ready. While handing the pizza box to her you guys told my lady that it was up 2 mins and you meant to buzz her and she says I been there for 4 mins and that’s where the situation happens where as we’re walking out the cashier says can’t please them all but I sat and waited while I was told the order will be up in 5 mins when I walked in yet it took another 20 mins and while she’s in there for 4 mins you told her it was up 2 mins ago yet I seen that box of pizza you guys picked up and that box sat there for 15 mins the 5 mins I was told that it be ready when I walked in the second time and it was ready but why are we waiting so long. The pizza wasn’t even hot enough o make my sweatpants feel the humidity knowing that pizza stood on top of the oven for 15 mins. I came to the conclusion it’s the miscommunication and that’s fine at places since people are human but to not take accountability and feel like you’re entitled to be rude when we’re expecting the words to be somewhere reasonable with time but the actions show more. The problem here and why I say karma is powerful is because we lost out on the second order, we went and picked up at the second location and to our surprise the person picked up that order because of the wait and that can be a issue being we can loose out on certain factors like time, money and ratings in order to keep driving with Uber eats all because of a team that lacks communication not only within themselves but also with customers. I needed to make this review and make an account to post this because I’ve already seen the reviews and to no surprise the owner mocks some of the reviews as to not liking people opinions but if you have employees with opinions like that that you can’t please them all you’re absolutely right about pleasing people with communication like that. You’ll never please them all with communication like that I give the benefit of the doubt but to also lie about what really happened is why I’m making this post let alone loosing out on our second order because of the incompetence of that team is why this needs to be addressed. So I hope instead of getting a mocked reply by the owner of 211 pizza I get acknowledged again with a better response under this review or get hit with a another rude comment that isn’t necessary when I’m voicing facts yet the opinions some of the other 1 star reviews are getting replied with by the owner...

I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting Pizzeria 211on a Saturday afternoon with my grandson. My grandson, excited for pizza, wanted a slice with sausage. To our surprise, we were informed that they don't offer individual slices with sausage, despite having sausage readily available. Instead, we were pressured to purchase an entire pie, simply for a single slice of sausage pizza.
This nonsensical policy was just the beginning. My grandson, disappointed by the lack of sausage, opted for wings instead, only to be told that wings are only served on Sundays. This inconsistency and lack of information on their part was baffling.
Frustrated and hungry, I simply requested four pepperoni slices. While they had three pre-made slices that just needed warming, they informed me they wouldn't make any more, despite having an entire pie of cheese pizza right next to them. Adding pepperoni to the existing cheese pizza would have been a simple solution, but they were unwilling to accommodate our request.
Throughout our interaction, the staff displayed a blatant lack of customer service. The woman we dealt with was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful, leaving us feeling unwelcome and discriminated against.
This experience was a stark reminder of the unfortunately declining standard of customer service in today's business world. Pizzeria 211 not only failed to provide a basic level of service, but actively discouraged us from patronizing their establishment.
Needless to say, we left without any food and a feeling of immense disappointment. I will never return to this establishment and would strongly advise others to do the same. If you're looking for a pizza place with good food and even better customer service,...
Read moreI want to be totally transparent about my experience at Pizzeria 211. I tried to stick with the facts. I recently bought 2 detroit deep dish pizzas, 1 hand tossed pizza, 1 cheesesteak full sub, and 1 chicken cutlet full sub. I paid close to $100 with tip. I have to tell you it was one of the worst pizza and sub experiences of my life.
One of the deep dish detroit pizzas was burnt on the bottom, the crust was more like webbed bread than pizza dough. The hand tossed pizza dough was very salty, with low grade cheese, and inedible. The pizza dough was not fresh at all, you could tell it was frozen.
The cheesesteak was dry without sauce and the sub rolls with sesame seeds were not fresh. I brought this food back to my family and was very embarrassed after telling everyone I was going to have us try something new and by the sounds of it....... so delicious....after reading the article in the local newspaper about Pizzeria 211. I thought I would be blown away by this new pizza place. Unfortunately, it was total hype. Please go back to the drawing board and start over Matt.
The prices are astronomically high and not worth the prices they are charging. Very disappointed and shocked by my experience at Pizzeria 211. Never...
