Just ate here for the first time...and the food was DELICIOUS! I had the regular steak with pepper jack cheese sandwich with a side of sweet potato fries. I didn’t expect much from the fries at all, but they greatly exceeded my expectations! They were well seasoned and fresh. The sandwich was really good too. As for the experience in the restaurant, the customer service was good too! The lady at the register was friendly and helpful. If I had one criticism, it would be for the cooks. Thankfully, they were all wearing masks, but at least two of them didn’t have their noses covered...making the masks almost pointless. Masks have to be worn properly to be effective in reducing the spread of COVID. One of the cooks came out into the serving area several times to bring additional items to customers and opening the door with his hands. I was glad to see that he changed his gloves upon re-entering the kitchen though. Appreciate him being hygienic, but probably a good idea to remind the other cooks to keep their mouths AND noses covered in the kitchen. Might also consider re-evaluating the self-service drinks for now. No pictures of my food; devoured it too quickly. Will...

I was blown away with the food!

I went there because I happened to be in the area and the reviews were good. Frankly I didn't have high expectations. You walk in and there is a simple counter and almost nothing in the place making it feel cold and uninviting. The menu is simple with few options.

I ordered the 10 inch stake sub with all the toppings along with fries and a drink to go.

Well waiting I tried the sweet ice tea, it was - perfect! Tasted fresh not overly sweat like a dessert. Simple plan tea with a little sugar to take the edge off.

3 of us ordered and we was impressed that they took the time to write on the box each order so we would know who's was who.

We get home and the food was still hot! The sub roll was soft, fresh and very tasty. The meat filled the sub appropriately and wasn't skimpy. The combination between the fresh roll and meat made for a perfect meal.

The fries were stake fries and were hot when I arrived home. They was perfect crispy on the outside and buttery soft on the in side.

I will be going back here. I highly recommend supporting this...

We ordered a philly cheesesteak and a burger with fries and a drink. I ate mine first and boy will I tell you I never ate such a good burger. Everything was fresh and hot. The cheese was melted on the burger. The vegetables were fresh. Everything was properly seasoned. The hamburger patty was just right and the food just melted in my mouth. Let me rephrase. The comfort food melted in my mouth. My boyfriend ate his philly cheese steak and his one comment was "we been getting lucky with real food and good food". We waited less than 10 minutes no more than 7 staff was very attentive and courteous with smiles asked questions to make sure the order was accurate and repeated the order. I really do believe with service that great your staff really does deserve a raise. Good There was a small misunderstanding with my order number and it was fixed immediately. Restrooms are clean and the dining area is clean. Smiling faces, good food, speed equals amazing service and a happy customer. Will be returning very soon. The only thing I suggest is a small medium large option on drinks. Maybe extra...
