Dotty's Casino — Restaurant in Las Vegas

This is not a review of this specific location but on the company as a whole. I play throughout the city primarily on Vegas valley and nellis. The staff that works behind the counter are getting to the point where it makes me not even want to play there when it comes to expecting you to hand out ridiculous amounts of money as tips when you win. It's such an uncomfortable feeling... I play hard I bet $5 is spin and when I go into the building I either cash out a winner or lose a minimum of $500 usually $1,000 and I do this pretty much every day. Having said that If you cash in $1,000 ticket everybody thinks you have one $1,000 which is not the case as you probably have $800 in the machine when you won.. but even if I did win $1,000 these girls expect you to pay them $100 tip. I don't owe you nothing where were you when I was losing thousands of dollars everyday . I mean seriously half the time you don't serve me anything unless I come up to the counter and ask for it. Now there are staff in this franchise that know me that I get along with and I tip better than some stranger and these are people that don't make you feel pressured but it's so bad that I don't even want to cash my ticket out before leaving if I've won something. I'm not giving some stranger who I don't even know $100 bill that's a lot of damn money and just because I won doesn't mean I owe you anything. Now I do tip somebody and that's what makes this where I'm pissed off. I cashed out a $1,700 ticket and I give the girl $50 and come in the next day and find out she's bitching because I didn't give her more. Are you freaking serious... I didn't even win $1,700 I only won 400 from what I had in but that's not the point. It makes me not want to tip them anything and I mean zero nothing not a damn penny. I've contacted the customer service line and requested management to contact me back and I've got crickets nobody's called me they don't care. Understand in 30 days I've lost $10,000. Maybe more. I've lost 28 days in a row where I've walked out a loser, last night I cashed out $10,000 on a jackpot I gave this girl $100 tip, someone that doesn't even work at this store that I don't know, and understand this I had to sit there for almost 2 hours to get my money because they had to call somebody in that took 2 hours to give it to me so I'm sitting there with the entire building looking at me knowing I'm going to have $10,000 in cash in my pocket and when I finally do get my money I gave this lady $100 bill and same thing I go today and one of the girls that work at the store said she was complaining that $100 wasn't enough. I swear to God man I wish I'd have gave her not a penny. Management knows this is going on management knows these people are putting pressure on the players and I'm not someone that just walks in once in a while I play every single day and it made me seriously where I won't even play at some of these places anymore and to be honest with you I'm really thinking about stopping to play with this franchiser on a hole. If I get a phone call about this post I'll edit this and let you guys know that somebody gave a crap and actually called me about my complaint I've left my number now three times. I'm willing to bet there's no edit at the end of this post. There's scumbags sitting in there that aren't gambling that hold up machines people are doing drugs in the parking lot it's really not even a safe environment half the time at night. That's not Dotties fault that's the fault of the property manager or Metro but still it's a factor in a review. I don't care if you win a million dollars you give $100 tip to someone you don't know who's not doing anything for you they should be grateful. End of story this is something the company should address as a policy because I know that I'm not the only one feeling this way because I talk to other everyday players that have the same complaint.. I'll give some staff member that I know that I joke with that I have conversations with on a daily basis a decent tip if I win big without a bunch of...

I was recently at this location to enjoy a night of playing slots ...the woman you see in these photos was totally rude , 0 customer service I was told I needed to wait to receive my winnings because she was too busy but as I waited 45 minutes I see her put money from her pockets in a slot machine , guess she lost her money and got mad so when it was time for me to cash out, she told me and my wife we had to put both our tickets together, I told her we ain't ever heard of putting our tickets together to cash out so as my wife return with the one ticket SHE REFUSED TO CASH IT! Because she said I was being disrespectful, call for security even went far as calling the police! FOR NOTHING...I have witnesses that walked outside the location with me (after she cashed the ticket because she no reason not too) saying SHE WAS IN THE WRONG . A witness that watched the whole thing told me if the police had stopped me he was going to intervene to tell the truth about what happened... she refuse to give her name and she wasn't wearing name tag so I well be filing a complaint...

This post is very personal situations to me with the one star I added in service truthfully all the staff in the morning afternoon and evening are five stars to me very good service very good host and caring employees I come in either spending big or a quick short game for about a month now almost daily but tonight after finishing working on a few bikes coming in as is I was greeted well pretty much sweat it by a waitress name Brenda I asked to change my leftover change or a couple of bills when she came back I asked for my normal routine drink right when I walk in she laughed and said when bet enough I discriminated and labeled made me feel like garbage so I tested her again can I at least have a soda or water she said water seriously that one staonr is for her if I had it my way it would be zero Stars people like that thinks it's okay to treat a customer there like the way she treated me tonight needs serious check in reality not labeling people that's not her job that's God's job she needs to perform only both asked to from the higher-ups not look...
