Pinkbox Doughnuts — Restaurant in Las Vegas

UPDATE- to whoever replied to my review….your staff, told security to remove him! YOUR STAFF. He showed your employees he had money to pay for one donut, and your employees told security to remove him. I will not remove my negative review. As I’ve said already, we should be treating everyone with kindness. Not picking and choosing who to treat nicely based on their demographics, race, clothing, etc.

This establishment kicked out a gentleman trying to buy a donut. He had $3 in his pocket, was hungry, and was removed by security. Why? Even the other patrons in the restaurant were appalled by this. So much so, that several of them bought him a donut and brought it outside to him. As he was sitting on the curb, crying. A grown man, crying on the curb because he was hungry, and removed from this establishment for no apparent reason. I wanted to make sure the staff at this establishment are aware, this man comes from a regular middle class family, he has endured extensive trauma in his life, but isn’t always down on his luck. He has since reunited with his family, gained 45 pounds, and is doing well. I will NEVER support a business who doesn’t treat everyone with kindness. You all should be ashamed of yourselves. You’re no better than the next person. Everyone should be treated with kindness and dignity. Which is why when I was in Vegas last week, I made sure to tell everyone downtown this story. It’s heartbreaking. It made me cry, knowing the hurt in his heart he felt being treated this way. He was a paying customer….as his caseworker I wanted you all to know how you treat...

Not impressed at all by these donuts. Bought a six pack of donuts and only one of them really taste good. The other five were fancy and they looked nice, but they had very little taste. Both my wife and I agreed that the whipped cream and the frosting on top of the donuts and inside had a very bland taste to it. Not much flavor at all. This place is all about the presentation making them look fancy and making them look pretty the flavors are really not there Would not go back and would not try pinkbox again. We had 4 people in our group and everyone agreed. We tried them all and wanted to give a positive review but they just did not deserve anything more...

Everything is good with them! My only problem is at this specific location, if you get one donut in a bag. They’ll keep it open the whole time, as they pass it from one another, and talk. Today I went, she talked with a guest while having my bag open talking over it. I’m big on hygiene and talking over my food.
