Rally's — Restaurant in Las Vegas

Been here 2 times now the 1st time the chicken was un able to be chewed it was so burnt and they took forever... I tried to give bennfit of doubt and try again because it's closer to my house and again this is how the sandwich came out the fries burnt and hard as well and my husband's burger was so messy and hard to eat and worst part was having to tell the drive through many times hold on and give us a second there was no one behind us or other customers at all so why the hurry? Kept being impatient with us and the young boy working the drive through was the same kid as the 1st time and no one has obviously taught him how to work customer servicewith how rude/impatient he talked to customers ... will not be going back here... with that being said if you drive south east on Boulder highway about maybe 3miles (6minutes) there is a rallys on the right side of the road near Boulder Station and they are beyond friendly and the food is always correct and amazing.... take my word for it drive the small bit extra for better service and food for your money's worth you won't regret it like you would eating at the...

Dangerous! There were no customers aside from us, I had to go straight to the restroom, which was occupied. When the door opened it was a walking dead person, only staggering. The bathroom was full of drug fumes which make my friend and I both sick. Blisters in and on our mouths and sinuses that lasted for over a week. The employees behavior made it clear there was some kind of collusion, they tried to beat the door down, said they had called the cops, so forth. No police ever showed up but they made so many mistakes on our order (remember no other customer) they were clearly on something. I believe it was their friend in the restroom. It was out of a nightmare. Don't go here.

EDIT: I will call when I find time. The friend who accompanied me called and placed a formal complaint after seeing her Doctor less than one week after the incident. I'm really busy with two small children. I was not able to see my doctor until yesterday, 5/13, her office is out of town. Thank you for...

Just walked away from this place, sad cause I was really looking to trying this place cause I’m not from here. Never this location. The drive thru was open for walk up and although we were in line waiting we had to be passed up twice. The second time I told the woman she should take our orders off to the side ( just know /or start preparing have it going so if another car pulls up they can have it ready or halfway done, and I can pay when the other car leaves.) She told me she can’t do that and I told her I’ll just go back to the menu and she could take it there even though we already are being passed by 2 cars. She said she can’t hear it and when I asked her for a solution she had none. I don’t know how it works out here but EVERY customer matters where I’m from. By the way she had the nerve to tell me she was the MANAGER and asked who I was I AM YOUR CUSTOMER and a FAST FOOD WORKER her incompetence is what will lose this...
