I guess I should have looked at the reviews on Yelp before coming here because I would have definitely avoided this place at all costs. I went through the drive thru and was rushed the entire time I was placing/picking up my order. I had to go back around a second time because half of my order was either missing or made incorrectly. When I went back around to let them know, I repeated the items that were missing/incorrect, so they were going to have it remade. Everything on the screen looked correct the second time, so I assumed they would have made everything right, but boy was I wrong. After picking up the order for the second time, they made everything wrong even more than before. In fact, it was as if they intentionally made it wrong because the specific ingredient I asked not to be in the missing/incorrect items was added to ALL the items that were remade. They even remade the items with the SAME wrong meat as before, but I did not want to go back around for a third time because I was terrified they would spit in my food with the way they were acting. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place because your money will be wasted and you will be treated with pettiness and disrespect, even if you are trying to be patient and kind about it. I understand mistakes happen, but to treat someone with that much disrespect just because some items were requested to be remade is just mind blowing to me. Read moreThe night shift for tonight absolutely sucked and I’ve honestly never seen such bad service through a drive thru. Firstly, whoever was taking the order was taking forever to take our order. We waited probably about a solid two minutes before he finally asked for one of the drinks. This was after he marked one of the meals with the incorrect drink, to specify we never said what drink because we were waiting on him to ask. As well as making sure he got the things we didn’t want on the order. It was taking him forever to get it on the screen. We probably sat there for 7 minutes before finally being able to pull up. Which we didn’t order a lot. Two meals and a two different sides.Then at the window the kid with all the tattoos and black hair damn near hit my girlfriend in the face trying to hand back my card. Wait there’s more, same kid handed us two bags at the same time and nearly dropped our order before she could even grab it. Luckily she was able to catch it at the bottom with her other hand Then he just closed the window. Nothing was said, just everything being slung out the window. Fast food is basic ass customer service and if your employees can’t do so much as smile then your manager is failing them. Read moreI wish I could leave 0 stars because this place is absolute garbage. I had an online order with proof of purchase and location and first of all, I had to wait 30 minutes. I walked up and asked about my order and the manager said "Sorry, it's not on my screen so there's nothing I can do. Try another Taco Bell." And I showed her my proof, getting a little irritated because I already paid for everything and she just kept saying "I can't do anything about it." When in reality, it was less than $5 worth of food and the friend I was with at the time (who got her order messed up 3 different times this visit and also had to wait 30 minutes for her food) worked at Taco Bell and said the manager in that situation should have honored it. I stood there waiting and she said, "hold on a second" walked to the back, and she never came back. She sent another employee to take orders and he was super nice, but he didn't know the menu at all and my friend was about to go behind the counter and walk them all through the process of making our food since her order had already been messed up twice.
