Denny's — Restaurant in Lehi

Went in for a family dinner with my pregnant wife and our daughter we had multiple issues with our order our food was awful my daughter didn't get the food she requested and the boneless wings that came after were atrocious to the point we had to go to MacDonalds afterwards to get her something my wife again who's pregnant received the wrong order and attained food poisoning from the salad I'm certain this either came from the ranch dressing! the Luke warm so called pot roast on the salad could also be the culprit the point here is it was supposed to be a chicken salad. The service I received was awful for the fifty dollars I spent my server was no where to be found we had empty glasses the entire time we were eating dinner I had a grand total of two refills on my beverage's. So to recap pregnant wife got food poisoning. a service that was so awful that it will be memorable. And a complete waste of money I'd leave my receipt number but I never even received a damn receipt. From now on we will be going to IHOP this Denny's in Lehi Utah needs corporate involved because the food and service are nowhere near the spectrum of tolerance for a Denny's brand. Seriously I tried to be polite and get my server's attention but she was no where to be found we saw her three times not once did we ever get checked on or drinks refilled or even to see why nobody at the table was eating their food. we should have left the minute I saw our server in the parking lot immediately after getting our order. I come in here from time to time this morning. I had A T-bone steak it was your typical Denny’s coal canner milk cow that you really couldn’t chew. It’s a good thing. It’s only a half an inch thick. A few months ago, I had had some little tattooed, snot nose, barely out of school, waitress with an attitude. It was absolutely unacceptable, This evening, it wasn’t real busy there was nobody seating people so I walked back and sat down At a booth There for quite a while the girls all seen me know I’m there but decided they were all gonna walk by me and ignore the fact that I was sitting there The last time I spoke to the manager about it this time I hope it goes right to the owner Not sure, but it looks like even the one guy in there has pentagrams or something on his arms, tattoos I don’t know if there’s a Muslim moaned outfit here or what the deal is I wouldn’t think so in Lehi, Utah if I was the owner and the manager, he’d have some long sleeves on and cover up that embarrassing stupidity, To summit all up, I walked out after I ordered the meal because I decided I couldn’t trust them not to mess with the food they would go as far as they did trying to teach me a lesson by seating myself. I’ve always a good tipper about 25 percent I guess they missed out on that and you probably lost a customer. I am a business owner myself, and I realize it takes forever to get a customer, but only takes a second to lose one. So Mr. Denny’s owner, you may want to have a talk with them David Knutson...

We were seated quickly...at a dirty table that even had a used toothpick on it. Yummy... The waitress was timely and attentive with getting our drinks and taking our orders.

It took a while for the food to come out and when it did a few things were messed up. My son had asked for two pieces of sausage very specifically and clearly and instead received one sausage and one bacon. I gave him my sausage and took his bacon. One piece of my bacon was chewy and tough and the other was crunchy and dry. Neither was great.

My husband's cheddar bacon tots were six plain tots. When I pointed out that I thought he'd ordered loaded tater tots and he agreed the waitress said "oh yeah".

My husband asked for some ranch and she left and went to another table. My husband asked another waitress for the ranch and she returned to the table with it less than one minute later.

A few minutes later our waitress brought out a small plate of bacon and a small bowl of cheese for my husband to put on his tots. He was shocked and even said something like "is this a joke?" to me.

We also had to ask for silverware from another waitress because we had one set on our table for six of us and all of our food was in front of us.

The food was mostly good but several of the strawberry slices on my pancakes were rotten and some were even brown and mushy. It was a disappointing experience overall.
