This was my first time trying Swig since there isn't one close to my town. I frequent Sodalicious and wanted to see how Swig compared. The drive thru line was incredibly long (about 12 cars deep) and moving very slowly, cars behind me ended up leaving the line because it took so long. They had one staffer out taking orders and the tablet lost internet midorder- the staffer admitted that they always lose internet connection on the Northwest side of the building. As this was my first time, I was disappointed that I could not see the menu, which I couldn't even pull up on my phone because again, bad internet connection.The whole affair seemed very disorganized and confusing. When I finally got to thy window they made my drinks in the wrong size. We got The Heartbreaker, Watermelon Sugar and Beach Babe; they were OK drinks, hardly memorable and ones I would never order again. The owners need to install a repeater to get the internet outside which would help improve the ordering process. Plus they need a viewable menu. Read moreUpdate Save yourself time and money and go to the service station just west of this store. This location is truly incompetent. Placed an order through the app. Pulled through the line and when we got to the window was told the order wasn't there. After 5 minutes of confirming store location, pick up time and multiple passings of my phone showing the order and being ready to leave and request a refund, because the order apparently could not be made without the stickers, a coworker finally came over and pointed out the date the employee was looking on was the wrong date. Pretty done with swig in general at this point.
After half a dozen disappointing visits I will no longer be using this location. In 6 orders, 2-3 drinks each, I have yet to get an order without at least one drink wrong. The line often goes into the road, blocking the flow of traffic. Even when there isn't a long line the wait is unreasonable. Read moreHorrible experience! Did a curbside order. Clicked to say I was there and then 5 minutes later got a text saying they couldn't find me ... no one had come out the door. I went in as instructed and they were still finishing my order. After she gave it to me, she said, "can I get you anything else?". Confused, I said "the rest of my order.". She looked surprised, went to the iPad and saw that half my order was still outstanding. I took the half that was ready and then came back in and the half was there but not the pretzel bites, so I waited but she wouldn't make eye contact with me and then finally she asked if there was something else at which time I told her about ting the missing pretzel bites.
