Very nice clean restaurant. We like this restaurant because they cater towards people with different allergies with a your gluten-free nut-free soy-free they can accommodate your allergies. It's nice being gluten-free and been able to get fried calamari hamburger rolls that are gluten-free I have the salon name but something like a chimney child steak with french fries and some green pepper relish. the chicken piccata was unusual it was fried it had a lemon sauce and was served with gnoches. The service was good. if they seem to have maybe some cook so don't go if you're in a rush but we really didn't have to wait that long for a food but it wasn't instantaneous but it was worth the wait. The deserts also were very good they were able to again accommodate my gluten-free allergy they had maybe three choices for dessert I had a gluten-free brownie sundae and they put some crushed peanut butter cups in it and my my husband had the gluten-free fried apple donut with ice cream and caramel which was pretty good. Desserts were about $8 a piece so they weren't cheap but they were of good quality. I'd recommend it if you are gluten free cuz it has the typical gluten-free texture but I would choose something else if you traditionally don't eat gluten free.

July 14, 2023. I sat at the bar at approximately 7:32pm. To my shock, there were 2 men sitting at the bar and drinking....WITH AN INFANT!! And they continued to be served as long as I sat there, which was for 3 beers, fries and then I left. I pressed record on my phone, got up from the bar to leave and stopped by to ask these 2 men why they thought it was ok to drink at a bar with a baby in your arms. Both men were very defensive, telling me "It's none of your business !" So at that point I turned to leave, where I found Nick the manager. He stopped me and tried to apologize. I told him that I was shocked and that I will be writing a review. C'MON 110! ACCEPTING BABIES AS BAR GUESTS? Outrageous! The baby is circled in both of the 2 pictures i posted. The other 2 circled are the clowns that brought the child. Smh

We came here twice during our business trip. The dinner visit was great - the local beer and my Thai Pork Chop were amazing. My colleague complained (to me) that the NY Strip was a bit flavorless, but otherwise cooked well and he enjoyed it. Today, we came back for lunch and my first meal (the Chicken Piccata) was waaay too salty and a bit too lemony (I was warned about the strong lemon flavor and don't mind that too much). I think fortunately, the manager handled everything beautifully and I was able to order a Chicken Pesto, which was delicious and very flavorful. The other meal we had was a Cuban sandwich and it looked just as good as it tasted. You won't be sorry if you come check this place out but perhaps think about your own tastes before ordering the meals above.

My husband and I have been to the Leominster 110 grill 4 times. Our first experience there was great! Food and service was perfect. Our second visit we took our daughter and granddaughter. The server we had should not be in the food business. First of all the dining room was full so he sat us outside. The weather was good but the bees were horrible. We asked if there was a table inside and he said not is still full. He said just leave the bees alone and they won't bother you! Our food was getting swarmed with bees. When he came back he asked if we wanted dessert and we said we wanted to wait until our granddaughter came back to the table. He yelled out why did she go to the bathroom? Wow! How embarrassing! Our food was great but the service was not. It had been a few months so we said lets give it another try. This time the service was great but I had to return my food. I ordered the fish and chips. Instead of fries I got the broccoli. I like my veggies steamed and soft. I asked right up front to please have the veggies steamed until they are soft. I got them al dente. I sent them back 3 times. The fish was so overcooked that it was disintegrated and hard as a rock so that went back. The manager apologized and brought back a much better plate. A few months go by and one more time. I ordered the fish and chips again and decided with a side of the mashed potatoes. I asked the waitress to not have cold slaw and just extra tarter sauce. My plate came with 3 times the amount of cold slaw on it and the mashed potatoes were cold. I called the waitress over and let her know that I did not want the cold slaw. She said I know but the cook started something new today and you are the first one to have the cold slaw put on your plate instead of in a cup. She said she would remove it if I don't want it there. What? I didn't want it there in the first place! She did bring back another dish of mashed potatoes that were hot. I don't know if there is a new cook there but I see they throw a lot of food away! We have been to the Athol location 110 Grill several times now and they are so much better. We have not had any problems. We will not go back to...

I have been here many times over but i normally sit in the dining area each time. This time, my husband and I took a chance sitting at the bar and holy moly was every single part of it terrible. From the service to the food. We arrive, get out drinks, ordered our app/calamarie we nicely asked for a side of marinara for the calamarie and a side of jalapeno peppers for his burger as my husband always does with his burgers and was given a very strange look saying they dont normally do this but he would since he just cut one. Approximately 10 minutes later i can see our meals sitting under the heat lamp. Mind you, i ordered the chicken cordon bleu and he ordered a rare burger. Knowing if it was sitting under the heat lamp for too long both would be not to our liking. Finally about 20 minutes later, our meals arrived. We sat again and waited for someone to come by, we needed ketchup and mayo for our meals and fries and it seamed as though we were bothering them, again.. My chicken was absolutely dried out and his burger was far from rare. After a few bites, I couldnt eat anymore, it was awful and semi burnt. We again sat there, waited. She finally came over about 25 mins later and asked if we wanted boxes for my meal that i clearly didnt eat. Not a question of how our meals were . I'm super disappointed with this particular visit and will not be sitting at the bar again. Im never looking for someones undivided Attention but, some attention when im a paying customer would be nice so that we could eat our meals in a timely mannor. I feel bad about putting a negative review but, someone has to know and since no one asked after clearly seeing our frustrations and un-eaten food, I decided to...

First time, last time. As a restaurant manager myself I have high expectations which sometimes maybe unfair to new companies like this that don't really understand customer service and good quality just yet. On Thursday around 2 PM my wife and I decided to try this spot in Leominster MA. after sitting for about 5 minutes in the patio that was empty our server came and took our drink order as well as answering a couple of questions. We were giving the lunch menu which did not have any steaks besides the steak tips but we're told that they had a "bone in" ribeye on their dinner menu and we could order that. We order a draft beer and a margarita as well. Timming wasn't as bad but once the drinks arrived my wife did not like the margarita so she changed it to a martini after being generally confused as to what she wanted. Once the martini arrived she did not like it but I did say to the server "I will pay for this but can she get a beer". She grabbed the beer but did take away without asking a martini which I was paying for. Once the food arrived the steaks were both cooked to medium. I had requested a medium rare and my wife a medium well which should have looked like night and day instead they were both the same and did not taste like a dry aged steak as well as not being what I was told which was a bone in steak. Best part of the meal was the mash potatoes as the rice looked and tasted like gum. Sadly disappointed still understood the huge need of experience a new restaurant required and tipped the server accordingly to the bill not showing my...
