There are so many great spots for Mexican food in Lewisville, but if you're looking for the best of both worlds—fantastic cuisine and top-notch drinks—I have a few recommendations. One of my absolute favorites is Christina's Fine Mexican Restaurant. Every time I go, I'm blown away by the freshness and authenticity of the food. The sizzling fajitas are a must-try, and their enchiladas are pure comfort food. But what truly sets this place apart are the drinks. They have a fantastic selection of adult beverages, and their margaritas are hands-down the best in Lewisville. The perfect balance of sweet, sour, and that tequila kick makes for a truly memorable experience. Love this Mexican restaurant - especially for the lunch specials! First, I must say, I LOVE the atmosphere... right when you walk in you notice the interesting decor. I like the feel of this place. Second, the food is really good. I usually get the lunch beef fajitas. I'm very picky about fajitas. They need to be well seasoned and not gristly, and I like my meat cooked medium rare, but the onions cooked well done. They honor my request every time! It is SO much food (lunch portion) that I make 3 meals of it! They have lots of lunch specials to choose from, so there should be something you'll like. They also have really good margaritas! Enough said, right?! One more thing, since these are in the time of COVID19. The last time we ate there, they removed some of the tables, and they were seating people every other booth/table to ensure there was at least 6 feet distance between them. We've been a customer of Christina's for many years. Tonight was one of the moments one comes to realize that the favorite location has changed. My family has ordered to go fajitas a number of times and the portions were always as if we were dining in. The past 3 or 4 times the portions were changing. Tonight is by far the worst case of deception. I ordered combination fajitas for 8 which typically comes with plenty of food. This time we counted the chicken slices and beef slices received and it totalled 16 beef slices and 19 chicken slices but the entire pan was filled to the top when they remove the lid to display. Once home it was obvious we had been deceived as the entire pan was full of the grilled onion and peppers and very little of the actual chicken and beef.
