I saw an Instagram post and really wanted to like this place. Unfortunately, I can't recommend it. There were only a few customers and service was still very slow. Our waitress didn't write anything down and forgot some of our order, only to remember she had forgotten as we were ready to leave. My daughter asked about a blue boba drink they has photos of and the waitress explained that their photos were "just photos, and not what they actually had". The only boba drink that actually includes boba is their brown sugar milk boba. For all other drinks it is an additional charge. The multi-colored dumpling dish that they have pictured is, again, not their actual dumpling dish....theirs comes with less dumplings. The piglet custard buns tasted great and the custard wasn't grainy as it sometimes can be, but the bun to custard ratio was way off. There wasn't nearly enough custard for the size of the bun. The rest of the food was mediocre, at best. It's a cute place for your kids to snap a photo one time, but that's about it, unfortunately. The bathrooms were also flooded when we were there - just not a great experience overall and heavily overpriced for...

Good: waiting area with seats, bright and clean restaurant. has outdoor seating for a nice day. Spice wontons were flavorful and delicious. Pan fried beef dumplings are good.

Bad: most of things we ordered were bland— scallion pancakes (which were slightly soggy), spicy miso ramen. The pork dumplings had corn which aren’t pictured and too much corn to meat ratio, as well as being very bland. The fried buns with condensed milk had a taste of other food(s) that had been fried in the same oil.

For improvement: ramen soup should come with the Chinese soup spoon to eat the broth. The soup ladle’s handle is too much of an angle and is awkward to eat from. Pictures and descriptions of the food need to be updated. As mentioned above, the steamed pork dumplings had corn which isn’t in the picture or in the description. The “colorful combo dumplings” picture shows 12 dumplings but the listing says it is only 8 and confirmed by waitress that it is only 8. Also, things were out of stock, like the...

So to begin with, we saw the Instagram and wanted to surprise our kids since we were out of town. The waitress showed us which item it was, & repeated our order to us to confirm. The good/decent: We order the piggie shaped dumpling/bao which was good. My wife and daughter order a ramen soup which they liked.

The bad: When the food came she asked if everything was fine. We informed her we WERE MISSING AN ENTIRE PLATE for our son. Thank God he was sleeping as we didn't receive the dish after an hour of eating and waiting. It was sesame chicken and rice!!! My Steak was over cooked and cold when it came out 5 minutes after my wife and daughter got their food.

Just an apology and no explanation for the hour wait. Dozens of customers received their food while we had to demand ours after paying for it

Not sure if this helps/hurts your decision. But I for one will not be back to this...

This place is AMAZING! The interior is absolutely beautiful and the staff are so kind! I ordered the Garlic Tonkatsu (without egg cause I have an allergy, which they happily accommodated for) and the steamed Pork Bao it was DELISH! The broth was rich, creamy and savory; the pork was OUT OF THIS WORLD with it being sweet, tender and juicy (they also give a generous helping of pork with the tonkatsu), for dessert I ordered the Taiyaki ice cream, I’m going to be honest I loved it but the exterior was tough and made it tough to eat but the matcha ice cream and red bean curd inside was delicious! I think it would be beneficial if they fried their taiyaki instead. Other than that 10/10 visit! I definitely recommend people to come here, this is certainly an up and coming Lewisville hotspot for eating! Also the bathrooms are super clean!

Firstly, the food was just ok and the service was incredibly slow. My experience here was a trip, our server dumped an entire tray of lemonade on me, ruined my clothes, my purse and my hair. I was very hungry, with a large group and was previously excited to try the food so I opted to stay and they moved us to a different table. While they did apologize profusely they didn't even comp my meal or offer anything other than sorrows. I ordered the Pork Bao Buns, pretty tasteless but the sauce was good, much needed. I also tried the scallion pancakes; greasy and dense. Overall extremely disappointing. Needless to say, I will not be back.
