
Let me rate my Food first before I head to the rest of the experience. FOOD- Mid at best, honey garlic lacked any distinct honey or garlic flavors. Now, I’m not one to usually leave a review from an unpleasant experience at a restaurant because I understand that places get busy and service can be a little slow due to staff being slightly overwhelmed. However, businesses need to be held accountable and willing to make things right. On 2.28 my family and I decided to dine out for seafood. We had never been to this place before so first impressions are everything. We arrived at around 630pm with only about 4 tables of patrons in this establishment. At the rate food was being sent from the kitchen, we knew that we would be a while but not to this extent. What type of restaurant sends out food one platter at a time to a table of 4? There were no appetizers. Just entrees. We literally did not eat together although we came together. There was a good 15-20 min wait between each plate coming to the table. 840pm came and we had one person still with NO FOOD! This was brought to the staff attention and we were asked a couple of times “what did you have again” for our last platter still with no food ever making it to the table. Looking around we began to see tables and tables on people who arrived after us receiving food. Approached the counter and the Manager although he was at this point helping in the kitchen did not want to come out to discuss and they did not want to issue a refund. They just said oh. We will compensate by making two plates. We never got the one, why would we want to sit and wait for you to make another. Never present a problem without Soultions: 1- Please improve your system for knowing what goes out and to who. Although each table got numbers, I witnessed your server multiples times deliver food to the wrong table. We had two order of the same thing but different flavor sauces, she had no idea what she had been given to serve. 2- Be Accountable, customers make mistakes and businesses make mistakes too. Tonight was an honest moment were your in house processes FAILED. Even if the plate went out from the kitchen, it did not make it to the correct table. That is not the customer’s fault. Your waitress returned multiple orders as incorrect, I personally witnessed this. On 9/14/25 I ordered their 2lbs of King Crab boil that came with 2 lobster tails and 1lb shrimp with C/S/P/E, sub sausage and potatoes for corn. This order was placed directly on THEIR website with a pickup time for 12pm. I got a text that the food was being prepared and also got a text saying it was ready. Got there a little after 12pm to pick up order and was told they are all out of King crab legs and she said they have not had them for a while, as long as a month, which was how long she'd been working there. I asked "why didn't someone just call me to let me know y'all were out of King crab legs, that way I wouldn't drive this way for nothing?" I could have ordered something else. She responded "well we don't open until 12 on Sunday's, so we just opened, and next time call to place the order over the phone, that way we can tell you if we have something or not, because sometimes we don't have it" (It wasn't said with attitude). What's funny is it says they open at 11am on Sunday's, not 12pm. Secondly, if your website allows online orders and you don't have what the customer is ordering it is the establishments responsibility to call said customer to let them know you are out of that item so they can cancel or order something else. Than it was refunded, but I was confused on why I didn't get refunded for the taxes and fees, just the food. I explained, that I'm not paying taxes and fees on food I couldn't get. I was told that they can't give taxes and fees back because the "app" is what charged the taxes and fees🤔🧐 Like Whet?? Anyways, she went to get the guy again and he explained that it was canceled and that my bank will see that it was refunded so when the charge is removed from pending it will remove the whole transaction not just what it shows on the receipt which was just for the food. I have never seen anything refunded without refunding the taxes and fees. They guy was very professional and calm about the situation though. As of today 9/15/25 it is still showing pending with my credit card. We will see if it all is dropped from pending status. Will be calling them if all isn't though. Will I order there again,...

Original: 5 Stars! My sister brought me one of the seafood potatoes. Y’all… this was the best thing that I’ve tasted in 2 years. Everything was flavored immaculately and was fresh and hot. It is worth the long lines and the wait. Every single bite was a 10/10.
The only people putting 1 star are probably those who left before getting their food. Ain’t no way you tasted this and ranked low. I loooove supporting small businesses and the fact that they cooked everything with love! I don’t mind it took a while because that lets me know it was done right and they used real food. Yeah, I’ll be back for sure.
Update 3/20/2023 I had to revise my original statements. I do think that there is a structural issue behind why the food takes so long. I was the first person in today and it still took over an hour and a half for my order and over 2 hours for my mother's who was right behind me in line. The food was significantly downsized from the original one that I had, less juicy and several items that usually come with the food were missing. Such as the cream cheese. Which wouldn't have been bad if they would've said that from the beginning. Instead we were given the run around. I don't think there was any ill intent however, I do feel so much was poor communication and low morale among the people in the kitchen. Maybe even understaffing issues. IDK but I feel like if they want to remain popular, the customer service should improve or they should at least offer a complimentary item while people are waiting or entertainment because having good food only gets you so far when the staff is rolling their eyes, giving false info, not stocking for complete meals and etc.
I could tell they were overwhelmed but I think that maybe some strategizing at this point is necessary. I saw a lot of people walk out and was so sad for them because that food really is good but I personally will not be back for several months (if at all). I hope things...
