Worse customer service. I waited 15 minutes before someone came help. Tall caucasion boy who eventually checked me passed me 4 times without acknowledging me. A "we will be right with you" may have at least made me feel they knew I wasn't helped yet. I went up to the bartender and politely asked if we can get some help (yes, by this point I had someone else waiting behind me for 5 minutes already). Bartender was rude and said yes, we know someone will be with you. She didn't go tell anyone. Finally, the guy came and asked me for my name and the other customer. Then an African American girl came out and pushed through the middle of plexiglass and just stuck her hand out with food. Not confirm my name. I wasn't sure if it was my order or someone else's. She had a super attitude as well. It just seemed like no one wanted to work. My wings barely had any sauce in it. I usually drink so much water with mango habenaro but I didn't need any water because it barely had any sauce on it. Never coming back here... would like to hear back from the manager who I saw on the floor when I was leaving. I did sit at the bar and ordered a soft drink to just leave no tip to the bartender. When I ordered, she just came drop the glass in front or me and then stepped away doing nothing. Worse customer experiences, I have ever had in Dallas in any restaurant. I am never coming back.
Update: I received an automated message from BWW guest relations with an excuse that wait times are longer due to Covid-19. If anything the wait times should be less due to less dine ins. I have been to BWW that are much bussier with better 10x service and food. Yes, while I did wait longer than I should've, my complain was about rude employees and bad food. Email asked me to give them another chance. I look forward to hearing from a real person and then will determine, if I should give any BWW a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreLet me start by saying I visit this location often and have never had an issue, until May 12, 2022! Upon walking in my wife and I noticed a few dirty tables in the restaurant and only 2 servers and a manager visible. After requesting a booth near the front of the store, we were told by Hospitality Manager Edward Mussett, āWe are not seating that area at the moment due to being short staffed. So we agreed to sit in a different booth that he escorted us to, after sitting a few minutes we noticed the air conditioner blowing directly over our heads and asked Edward if he could sit us elsewhere due to the air. We were told that there was only a table available, not a booth. We sat at the booth as long as we could stand it, so when I saw Edward again I asked him for the third time to move, at this time he and the server got an attitude. So I calmly explained to Eric that my food would be cold as soon as arrived at the table due to the air conditioner and that I would not pay for cold food. At this point he agreed to move us, with an attitude again as if Iām not a paying customer! From my previous experience as a restaurant manager a HOSPITALITY MANAGER should go above and beyond to make sure customers are taken care of! But instead of addressing my issue he wanted to tell me how heās short staffed and I should understand since I was a restaurant manager before! HEY EDWARD, PAYING CUSTOMERS DONāT CARE ABOUT YOUR STAFF NOT SHOWING UP FOR WORK! TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS BY ALL MEANS NECESSARY! You were on the floor, so actually you could have taken the table or even helped the two servers that you had...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe food is never disappointing. The service on the other hand could use a lot of work. My fiance and I went in and stood at the front for a minute before someone came to sit us which didn't bother us the only thing that did bother us is that NO ONE was in the building or at least that's what it looked like. The same lady who sat is took our drink order and we asked for mozzarella sticks. She left and came out about 5 minutes later and brought the food but had to be reminded of the drinks twice before we got them and when we did get them, a different server brought it to us. Another 10 minutes go by and we look around trying to find either server and can't find anyone but had yet to order food. We sat at the table for almost 20 minutes before one of the servers came up and asked what we wanted to eat. She took our order and maybe 5 minutes later my food came out but my fiance was waiting. I don't eat unless he has food too as to not be rude and he had to wait another 10 minutes to get his food. It took maybe 10 minutes for us to eat what was brought even though my the time he got his food mine was completely cold. Finally after being at the restaurant for a total of 1 hour we finally got a servers attention to get the check and we did the one thing we hate doing and that was not leaving a tip. How are we supposed to tip when in the whole visit we were served by 3 people, the first one only took drink orders. The second one brought drinks and took the food order. And the final brought the food and have us our check. And this place was still dead as...
