My last review of a Starbucks location wasn’t that great however, I have come to this location off and on for over 5 years. I have seen the store remodeled and staff change. There is one young lady that has been there since I have been going to this location and I wish I knew her name. If you have come to this location, you know who I am talking about! She’s short and has a very bubbly personality. Often time she will call your name as you come in. She’s not the only one that’s like this, the entire morning crew seems to be this way. I have to believe it’s because of this one young lady that’s been there for a long time. Her personality is infectious which makes the entire team great.
I truly appreciate great service and consistency and that is what you will get here at this location. Not all Starbucks stores are like this so, they stand out for sure.
Some people love what they do no matter what they are being paid, no matter what kind of day their having it doesn’t affect how they do their job, they do their job with integrity no matter what or who’s looking. Some of us who adopt the same mindset can relate and recognize those with the same DNA. That is who works the morning shift at this location. They get it, they understand their WHY, they understand the importance of what they do. They understand that what they do is not just serve coffee, they build relationships, they are kind to everyone, they try to be a bright spot in your day.
This means a lot, especially with what people are going through with the economy these days. They can’t do anything about the prices 😁 but, they can effect how your morning starts out and that is worth a $3.50 cup of coffee.

Read moreI usually don’t leave reviews but this trip to Starbucks called for it. I ordered a ribbon crunch frappechino add 4 pumps of caramel syrup with no coffee. When I arrived at the window they handed me the drink and I pulled off. I took a sip and obviously realized there was coffee in it. (THIS HAPPENS TO ME ALL THE TIME) so I drove around got back in line and asked them to remake my drink and that I had asked for cream based no coffee. When I pulled up to the window the second time the barista Fatima, asked me to hand her back the messed up drink that I had already sipped out of (during the pandemic & pretty sure it’s against policy to bring any food/drink that someone has taken outside of the store back behind the bar) anyways I handed her the drink because I’ve already spent 10+ minutes in line and didn’t want to argue. She then handed me some sort of plain vanilla bean frappechino with no caramel pumps. I took a sip at the window this time and told her this also isn’t what I ordered. She offers to remake it a 3rd time. She hands me the final drink which was what I ordered and I asked her if I can get a reimbursement card since I’ve now waited 15 minutes in line, had my drink incorrectly made twice, all for Fatima to just say “I can’t give you one” lol. Read moreWorst experience I had ever at this store out of all other Starbuck stores so far. Actually, I had bad experience few times already. Three most recent ones were happened in morning between 6 am to 9 am. First these people don't ever acknowledged you or talk to you even when you have asked questions. You can test this out for yourself. I have seen it way too many times to me and to others. But the issue I had similarly on three occasion was that I had to wait for a whooping 25 mins plus. I was so upset in each of those time. I wanted to call the manager to complain but didn't have time to, since I had to go to work. In one occasion I have spied on them. For some reason, the person who stick the name to the cup skipped my tag altogether and some of us in the store so they can do the drivethru orders. Since they didn't bother to answer us when we asked, it allowed them another 5-10 minutes more serving the drivethru.
