McDonald's — Restaurant in Lewisville

I was told if I wanted better service that I should have went to Wendy’s and the women was right because I would NOT spent a hour and forty-nine minutes waiting to be told that. But what would have mad just a little difference would have been the correct order or even a drink. I’m trying to peel this back because it has layers! Now I sneak down from work to grab a bite originally I was going to Wendy’s but I left my card back at work so I knew I could touch and pay at McDonald’s so I go to get in the line and it’s starting at the turn in. So no biggie the line was kind of moving so I get in line and the moment I did the whole line was at a dead stop. For at least 10 minutes no car moved except to get out of line. I should have just chunked up the deuces but at the 30 minute mark I’m committed plus I see the new nuggets and I wanted some. I’m now 3 cars away from the box. Now I’m 2 and in a second it will be me yeeeah! So it’s my turn and I get to the window and it’s crickets. I’m screaming hello hello hello and finally this voice comes on saying may I take your order . This was my reply.... Yes ma’am I would like a spicy nuggets with sweet and sour sauce a double quarter pounder with cheese a large Tea. She Interrupts me and tells me they have no soft drinks whatsoever. So I pulled around to the window and now I’m over it. But yet I’m still committed cause it’s been so long since I left my job. I leave the desk around 9:45pm. The time on my receipt says 11:30PM and the only stop I made was to Wendy’s when I learned I couldn’t tap and pay from drive through. So I pay mine you my order should have been $20.00 in the first place but now I see why people not off on the employee at the McDonald’s. I get it she tosses me this ripped bag and then slammed the window. I am not the type to show out so I see three medium fries 🍟 an cheeseburger and from touch you could tell the fries were old and they tasted old too. I pulls around and I begin calling the number on the receipt. I called 15 times and no answer I get back to the order box snd I tell her she gave me the wrong order 5 cars are ahead of me. I am now boiling hot I mean I’m heated because low and behold I counted 4 cups (drinking cups) being passed to customers. The car in front of me was a sports car so this time I could see as she passed the guy two cups. So when I get to the window I ask her Why wasn’t I given the options to have a drink when you clearly over charged me snd on top of it my food was incorrect and cold. She tells me I’m the reason it was cold. This was gonna be a healthy debate when I asked her how snd she said I don’t know. So I tried to stay positive and inside my seatbelt so she asked me what did I order and I tell her double quarter pounder with large frie Dr Pepper and the new spicy nuggets with sweet and sour. She snatched the food and told me with a straight face if I wanted better service I shoulda went to Wendy’s. I said excuse me? Thinking she would then figure out she didn’t say it in her head I could hear her and then she said it again and I told her to You are most certainly right. The nerve of me to pass up Wendy’s drive though. Where the fries are fresh and they repeat your order for you. So run me my refund and I will just go on over there. She told me she was refunding me my money snd I have yet to get that refund. I am working on being a better me but the last time I went up there I seem to always miss management and every time I call no one speaks English or they hang up in my face. I want my refund. Lord knows I don’t wanna tear up this establishment so I’m going to continue calling and figure out who to report this franchise to next . Bbb or Eeoc. I wouldn’t say I would ever visit...

This place doesnt even desereve a star but i HAVE to rate it something to publish.......This place is beyond the worse place to go! On multiple occasions i have experienced issues with service, food and management. On Aug 25 2015 was by far the most outrageous experience i have encountered EVER. I went thru drive thru and without looking grabbed money out of my purse.....that night i ordered a $1.29 large dr pepper and i thought i had grabbed a twenty. All i had was a $20 bill and a $50 bill......what i thought was unusual was i had TWO ppl handle my money instead one of like always. Thinking nothing of it i threw my change back into my purse.......got home looked over my money and noticed my change was $28 and some change.....which meant i paid $30 for my $1.29 drink.....now why would i grab a $20 AND a $10 bill to pay for that!!!!! and i know FOR A FACT that i grabbed one bill not two! so realizing that i paid with a $50 i went back to get my $20 back that they didnt give me.......on top of that out of that $28 was ALL $5 bills!!! why would u give $25 dollars in ALL $5s!!!!!!! so went up there to resolve the issue. the "manager" went to tell me there was no mistake that ALL registers had been counted and none were over......i pointed out which register was used and he said it was fine.......BUT then said ill count it for u to make sure....thought they were ALL counted already.....he proceeds to check comes back and says it was fine.........So i tell him i know i paid with a fifty....explained that a thirty dollar bill doesnt exist and y would i pay $30 for a $1.29 drink!!!! he then proceed to get an attitude.....saying he couldnt do ne thing so i asked for a number to the person higher up to him he tells me theyll tell u the same thing nothing can be done so i said i want corporate number he says the same thing by this time he has a horrible attitude and starts acting like a child and starts walking away and yelling at me. I tell him in not leaving this this is resolved and i get my money! he calls his manager he said they said nothing they can do i ask for corporate and he refuses and tells me i have to leave bc te lobby is closed now when i walked in it was unlocked....i said im not leaving til i get what yall have stolen from me....he threatens me with calling the cops and i said fine call them.....he goes and locks the door....calls the cops......now all i wanted was the corporate number which he refused to give me.......cop shows up and he asks the ",manager" for the number and he GIVES IT TO HIM!!!!! i tell the cop that the two guys who handled my money prolly stole it and the officer tells me to just call corporate.....all i wanted was the corporate number but i got nothing but attitude and the cops called on me. i get home and the number he wrote was the number to that location!!!!! not corporate!!!!! this is not the first time this has happened. this is the biggest amount that i have happen but the fact that they refuse to resolve something that THEY did is beyond me! I recommend NEVER giving these thief's ur money!!!! all ull get is ripped off and attitude and i quit eating the food there bc EVERY TIME i did i got sick. Ive NEVER had problems like this before. This place should be shut down and...

If i could give negative stars i would. Litterally the WOST McDonald's i ever been to. And thats saying alot. One time i ordered in the window and they gave me the wrong order so i went inside to get it corrected and a construction worker came in after me with his opened sandwich that was wrong too. turned out they swapped our orders. They MANAGER behind the counter took his sandwich from his hand plopped it in another bag and handed it to me. IN FRONT OF A FULL ROOM OF PEOPLE STANDING WAITING FOR THIER ORDERS! I looked at her and said "did you just give me an opened sandwich that someone else just walked in here after they touched all over it?" and she just starred at me blankly. And i had to ASK HER to get me a fresh one Are you for real? Serious health code violation. I should have known then never to go back. A month later i stopped in for a breakfast sandwich for my husband and i inbetween running errands and going to work. Got all the way home opened my sandwich and my sausage mcgriddle had egg and cheese on it. No sausage. My sweet husband went all the way back with my receipt that says SAUSAGE MCGRIDDLE on it and litterally had to argue with the manger that it should be replaced and refunded because everytime we come we deal with something awful. Finally she wrote on the receipt "2 free sausage mcgriddles-joane" . today my husband went to redeem them and Maria behind the counter said that she didnt recognise the name and refused to let him redeem them. So i guess its our fault yall have terrible turn over in your store. Must be a terrible place to eat and work. So we went to TACO CABANA down the street and are enjoying our delicious breakfast tacos! They gave us what we paid for and thats...
