Who ever owns this restaurant should be ashamed! Customer service is aweful! I will be calling the manager, the owner and coorporate in the morning. So, tonight was the last straw. I will NEVER return to this Wendys again. I went to the drive thru as usual and everything went smooth besides the fact that the young lady could not speak with me due to her minimal english skills. I asked for two waters, a Caesar side salad, a chicken sandwich and a Sriracha spicy chicken sandwich. I had chosen to not order from them because of past experience(which i will share in a moment) but my girlfriend loves the Sriracha sandwich so we go. The total was $8.63 and the young lady at the window said ".63 cents!". Doubt i missed her aggressively telling me the $8 part but maybe i just didnt hear it. We made the transaction smoothly. Next i recieved my two bags of food and handed them to my girlfriend so she could thoroughly check them out since this location likes to hand you all sorts of wrong things. The cashier then handed me one water and i let her know; "i asked for two waters please.". She proceeded to get the water but not without rolling her eyes at me first. Thats so remarkably strange and rude. Not sure why or what i did/said to warrant such a response. I recieved my 2nd water and thanked her. Next i held out my bag with a salad in it and asked for 6 barbecue (3 for each sandwich) and an extra dressing please. This angry young lady did the unthinkable! She yanked the bag out of my hand with such aggression and force that i turned with a dropped jaw towards my girlfriend. My girlfriend asked "did she just rip that out of your hands?!?". I nodded because i was completely stunned. Then i turned to the window where i saw the cashier handing my bag to an elderly gentleman who i believe to have been the cook. He opened the window and handed me my bag with a choppy struggle of english; "have a happy new year!". He said it with such a big warm smile which made me smile and say "thank you! You too! Did you have a merry christmas?". In which he replied "im very happy!". I have no idea why he was the one now finishing my experience at the drive thru but i was SO much more thankful for him and his disposition. Im perplexed as to why the cashier was so mad and rude. Never the less, why could she not hand me my bag back? What in the world happened? Why are they so angry/aggressive at this location? Prior to this vist (i will try to be less detailed and do the best i can at making it shorter; i just want you to know EXACTLY how my experience has been and why i give this place a 1 of ALL the Wendy's i have been to. ) i had ordered a chili which i paid extra to add cheese and onion (which i did not receive but didnt find out till i got home to eat) and my girlfriend ordered the spicy chicken sandwich paying extra to add cheese on this as well. Since she is the passenger, she dug into her sandwich that lacked in cheese. The dining room was closed so we had to get back in line at the drive thru which took another 7mins to get to the second window. I told the cashier which was the manager and she took care of it with no apologies. I called and spoke with her about my chili and she said she would replace it on my next trip. So, next trip i recieved my chili along with ordering a Caesar side salad and girlfriend's Sriracha sandwich. Once i got home i put my salad in the refrigerator while i ate my chili. It was GREAT! I then went and grabbed my salad (which i had put it in the fridge still in the bag) and to my dismay there was NO croutons and NO dressing(no fork, but no biggie)! I was there getting a chili replaced from them messing up something i paid extra for and they did this with my salad??! Thats insanity at minimum. So, the next day i went by and told the manager what happened and that i couldnt eat my salad due to the fact they were closed by the time i noticed the flaws in my meal and i dont have dressing at home. She told me that she was not on duty and she has replaced enough food already(A chili!). Customer...
Read moreOrdered using the Mobile app and checked in with the email prior to arriving. After waiting 5 to 10 minutes in the drive through. I decided after that long wait to go inside. I get inside another long line. Wait 10 minutes to get to the register. I finally make it and let the person know I am picking up an online order. she hands me the receipt. Mind you I checked in over 15-20 minutes prior. It said you order is being prepared. I wait again. I see others that just ordered getting there order already. so I ask the person at the register and was told there are 2 orders before mine. How is that when I checked in 20 minutes before? another guy heard me and ask them to make it for me. I then feel like the cashier was upset with me and or maybe overwhelmed, because her deminer changed and not for the better. I believe I received the half size not the fill size salad I ordered after all of that. I do not think I will frequent this location in the future, and will make the drive to the location on Hebron if I do decide to try it again. I had really high hopes as the app was simple and...
Read moreI don't understand any bad reviews of this location. I have eaten here 5 times a week at least for nearly a year, they're near my work. The staff is incredible and the burgers are above average for Wendy's. I can't even eat at other Wendy's anymore. First of all, the people who take your order are always friendly. Not always "outgoing", but friendly. If you're nice to them they'll be nice to you. I always order my burger plain with mayo, and they've never messed that up even once, which picky people will understand is a big deal to us. I love that they have a freestyle machine because as a diabetic I don't usually have a lot of drink options, but now I get lots of diet or zero options. I've seen people come back to the counter before with minor complaints, and the team always tries to make it right. I've even seen the staff give frosties to kids just because. It seems impossible that anyone leaves here unsatisfied. They've earned my business over every eatery in the area ever since I started...
