Amazing coffee and treats on the beach! We’ve been coming to Lincoln City and Taft Beach for years and this used to be Eleanor’s Undertow, which was almost never open. It’s great to see it revitalized into a lovely coffee shop.

The stand out pastry was the almond croissant which was decadent. We also had the maple bar, apple fritter, and cinnamon twist which were all very good too, but I highly recommend the almond croissant. Cold brew was good and the fruit smoothies were a hit with the kids.

What an absolute gem! Pioneer Joe Coffee Co. quickly became our go to spot during our coastal vacation we ended up coming by every single day! The baristas are incredibly friendly, super knowledgeable, and impressively fast. You can really tell they care about the craft.

The coffee? Spot on. Every cup was perfectly brewed with rich flavor and balance. Whether you're into espresso, lattes, or drip, they nail it every time. The shop itself is spotless and has such a welcoming, chill vibe it’s the kind of place you instantly feel at home in.

I visited Taft early in the morning, but the fog was so thick that I stopped by this café to pass the time with a cup of coffee.
