Normally this place is good. Today however is a different experience. We ordered the bowl. The rice was dry, they scooped so little into it. Barley any pork, like a pinch. Beans, don't get me started. I was so bored with my meal that I literally counted 25 pintos. Asked for queso sauce, it covered barely a quarter of the bowl. It was like I just got one squirt from a lotion bottle. The staff was quiet, kinda rude. They ignored customer request to add more into the bowl. They were more focused on their online orders rather than the people in line waiting to be greeted. Better luck next time I guess. Read moreI'm lost for words with the racist managers there! Alyse (white) and the Hispanic woman..they are very welcoming to the white customers and very condescending towards black customers! They literally lied to me about an order selection, when it's clearly states your options on the menu? I asked Alyse when did this change occur, and she was unable to tell me such, so she attempted to have her manager ( Hispanic) woman tell me the same lie? I made them aware that they needed to modify the menu selection to make it clear, and they acted as if I was a nuisance? I will NEVER EVER visit any other Qdoba! I accidentally forgot to give them my rewards number when I placed the order (they didn't ask if I had one and I was too focused on getting the order correct to remember). When we went in to drop off the serving trays after the reception we asked if we could get the reward points and mentioned that they did not ask for our reward number on the phone. The manager rudely said "yeah we don't ask, you have to ask for them. There's nothing we can do." After spending nearly $2,000 on Qdoba, I guess I expected the manager to be a little more helpful -or at least nice about it.
We ignored the rude manager and we called corporate a few days later, sent an email and got our points with no problem. Food was great and corporate was responsive, just wasn't impressed with...
