I came to this location because it's less than a block away from my work. Well on this day I came over 20+ minutes early for work. The young lady with the nice body shape with the tall hairstyle was on her smartphone when I walked into the building. She gotten off her phone taken my order without listening to what was told to her about the order. I told her three times I wanted the order up-sized she came back to me with a small drink. I told her I didn't order a small I told you three times I wanted my order up-sized she said, Oh well I can't change your order. I told her what do she mean that she couldn't change my order? And informed her that I have been at this location for years if they had an error on there end they usually corrected thst error. So I just let it go and just waiting for the rest of my order. The guy who was frying the food keep on looking at me. I guess he notice that I was getting anger and inpatient. He was the only one really working his ass off while the others were talking and talking and talking. To the point it was making me late for work. I told young good looking shapely woman to cancel the order I'm going to be late, so the young lady told the person in the back that I was canceling my order. A darker skinned woman came out she ask me did I want an refund I told her, yes! It's taking way to long. She said that my order was almost finished. Only reason why she told me this is because she didn't know how to do refunds. So she asked this older dark skinned man who talked like he was Handicap if he knew how to do a refund he said no. While them talking I seen another red flag while them making my order. The guy who talked like he was handicap face was very close to the sandwich and talking loudly without a mask or anything on his face coming that close to your food. I ask her to give me a fund she said we're almost finished your order. I told her never mind I just want a refund then she said that she didn't know how to do a refund and was trying to do so. Than had the nerves to ask me to come back in the morning to talk to the other manager for a refund. I informed her that I have to work in the morning, why should I come back here again just to get my money back if you're suppose to taken care of this. So I went across the street at, Wendy's with less than 5 minutes left before I'm late for work. I explained to them at Wendy's how poor the workers were at Rally's she had a lot of sympathy for me and my whole order I mean the whole order was done in less than three minutes and came just in time for work. Thank you very much, Wendy's! And shame on you Rally's! I called the next morning to speak to the store manager whatever that's worth? Told him the whole situation with the poor service and the manager not knowing her job and responsibility of knowing how to give an customer back there money. The store Manger Ben Whims told me to call this customer care 800 number so I did. I also voiced my frustration to them asked for my money back they asked for my name and the ccv number on my card. They seen my information and how the refund was supposed to be for and they given me an case number. They told me that it may take around three days to told them okay. Those days pasted so I called them back I spoken to there foreign call center once again this time they told me that it will take either from today to five day to get a refund. Waited a little past a week. I call back a third time same run around told me pretty much the same thing. So I wait I just called them back three weeks later just a few minutes ago before first checking with my bank. Same run around but a different day and a different week. This time I wasn't nice at all about this problem. My best advice stay away from this Rally's Checkers location and as a whole just stay away from, Rally's Checkers all together. Read moreI visited Rally 's yesterday specifically to compare wings from their establishment and Lil Ceasars . I ordered both set of wings online and gave ample time for preparation. Each place gave me an estimate of time, which I added time to. When I arrived at Lil Ceasers my order was ready, no issues (which is very rare) When I arrived at Rallys it was actually twenty minutes after they told me my order would be ready. When I gave my online order at the mic, they seemingly didn't understand but said pull to the window. There were other cars ahead of me. When I arrived at the window, they asked me to pull over and park out front 32 minutes after I placed my order. I received my wings 38minutes after ordering which defeats the purpose of online ordering. I ordered Garlic Parmesan wings. When I opened the containing wings, there was globs of the Garlic Parmesan sauce unmelted and unmixed on top of the hot wings. Way more than needed to be on that order of 5 wings. When that butter melted, grease was every where and soaked through the sack, on the car seat, on the floor... It was a mess. And the reason for that is because of the overall experience with the homeless people and bums hanging around, that really goes for everywhere downtown.. but you’d think management, or the owners would do something about it and not allow soliciting and trespassing, harassing of their customers. I had 2 men come up to my window out of nowhere in the drive thru while my window was down as I was paying asking for food and money. I was pretty startled and then I had to pull up and wait for my food and they started going to all the other cars doing the same thing. So, while the food has been good and the wait isn’t that long, it makes me hesitant to go back (that goes for everywhere in downtown LR) because I’m usually alone with my toddler.
