Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Livonia

I placed a corporate mobile order through the Jersey Mikes app for 10 sandwiches with this location. Door dash delivered the order and the bag was sealed with the stickers when we received it. Upon handing out the sandwiches to my employees, one of the sandwiches was missing in the bag. I contacted the store and as soon as I mentioned that one of the sandwiches was missing the employee that answered the call started to argue with me that I was lying and that the sandwich was in the bag. I drove up to the location and ordered a second tuna sandwich so my employee would have something to eat while this was being sorted out. I was told by a different employee at that location that I needed to contact Door dash and the original sandwich was in the bag. I contacted Door dash, who was very helpful, and had to contact your store directly to get a refund processed since the order was placed with the Jersey Mikes app and not directly through Door dash. In an attempt to save time having this order delivered today I cost myself an hour between driving back and forth and spending time on the phone. I do not plan to order from any Jersey Mikes location again, I don't have the time to manage mistakes and poor customer service, this product has too many readily available...

I wish I could give 0 stars. This is 1 of the worst places in the area to eat. The "manager" is constantly taking pics with his phone wearing gloves and then touching food with the same gloves on. When a customer pointed this out he litterly argued with the customer about what we all watched him do. There is a kid working there with the longest dreads I've ever seen n not wearing a hair net. I don't understand how this is allowed. I waited 25 mins for my sub that I don't even want to eat now bc of the hair n cross contamination.. Things like that will make u so sick. It's nothing to play around with. I asked how long it would be when I placed my order bc I have to go to work n they said 10 mins tops but 25 mins later I asked for my sub n the manger said ohh those ppl were before u so u have to wait for them to get their food 1st. That makes no sense bc it depends on what u order. Does he think everyone is as stupid as he is? As soon as I said some my sub was found off to the side just waiting for no reason. This place is a complete mess n needs to...

On 4-6-18 at exactly 8:32pm I called to place a pick up order for my wife who was in route and only 5 minutes away from the Jersey Mike location, I was informed by the employee that answered the phone they do not take phone orders past 830pm and that they were also out of bread. Not sure why they dont allow phone orders past 830pm when in this instance my wife was minutes away from picking it up. I only live 5 minutes away, does that mean since Im not allowed to order by phone that I have to drive up there and order in store at 840pm? Well that wouldnt work either because they "claimed" they were out of bread. I was a frequent customer of this location and like the food but when they first opened I posted about bad service around closing time again, this is another instance where it seems like the employees dont respect the 9pm close time and actually prevent business in order to start closing early. Where are the managers??? I doubt I will frequent this location again, there are plenty of other sub...
