Another Fantastic experience, and I typically don't take photos, but this was one to capture, why because great employees aren't typically recognized. Yesterday 11/2/22 during a lunch rush it was very busy. This crew worked so hard to get these people, including myself, in and out "freaky (speedy) fast". You can see the line of people waiting, as more flooded in. The employee in the photo every. single. sandwich. and .every single. customer he was fast and friendly, always had a smile on his face. Your crew at this location is just amazing and I'm not sure who leads them with such a positive outlook, but Kutos to you. Also to add, this employee has this same positive, warming personality every time I visit here on my lunch break. Thank you again for always making my experience great, a warm smile can go a long way.

Read more12/23 I hadn’t been for a bit because there were a string of incorrect orders, but craving turkey sand so…and wasn’t disappointed - great, friendly service- Sub prepared perfectly and tasty- —————————————- Last two visits have been a bit disappointing- The past couple Sunday orders have had errors- The first time I let it go but this week, I had to call- They forgot the oil/ vinegar and ham on our Italian sub- 3rd pic- Prepared lightly compared to second picture 🙂The manager was very professional and handled it promptly and politely- I didn’t want to drive back and I didn’t want a future credit. He did a refund- Both errors happened with the Sunday 12:30 crew- Maybe they are new and need more training-

Call within two minutes of the delivery guy leaving to say a sub is missing. The guy on the phone said "oh is it a Turkey?" - yes, it is. I tell him he can either have it delivered or just give me a refund - whatever is easiest for them. He says they will deliver but may be a little longer. Ok. An hour an half later - nothing. I call the store to ask for a refund at this point...he puts me on hold. Several minutes go by and clearly not coming back on the line. Real nice! I call back and ask for a refund. Says he can't refund me and he can't deliver the sub. Wow! We have been eating here for years. Never ever again. Horrible customer service. I get we are in the times of staff shortages, but this was very poor...
