Today is Sept 22, 2025. My son and I frequent Gezzo's at least once a week for the past 7 years. It's one of our favorite places to eat. Today I was rather disappointed in the service as well as the portion size. There were 3 employees I never seen before a young black male with locs, a young black female with braids and a young white man. None of them were friendly. Usually when customers walk in they are welcomed with a friendly greeting, that did not happen. When they proceeded to take my order I rushed to choose what toppings I wanted, it was like I was a bother for being there. Although there were no other customers in there at that time. My son ordered a nachos kids meal and it was skimpy. I counted and it was literally 7 chips in the tray, that is ridiculous. They used to scoop a decent amount of chips. Are they now counting how many chips to place? So once it was time to pay I asked to type in my number so that I could redeem my rewards. I had $4 and some change that was eligible to be redeemed towards my orderso I chose utilize it then something happened with the tablet. The black male tried to see what happened. Once he did his thing I was able to pay but my $4 and change was gone so ended up paying the full price and losing my $4 and change. I love Gezzo's so I will return, I just think the new employees need a better demeanor/ attitude when interacting with customers and give more than 7 chips in the...
Read moreThe day was July 29th. It was hotter than the Sahara Desert outside. I had been walking for miles and finally came upon the oasis that was Gezzo’s. I walk in knowing it would take a second to be served. But out of no where, what can only be described as an angel appeared. After being greeted by a smile warmer than a nice hot chocolate by a fireplace at winter I realized it was not an angel from heaven but instead a young Gezzo’s worker. She asks me what I would like to order with a voice close to Ariana Grande singing but with the lovingness of Morgan Freeman. I barely get out “b-b-beefy nachos” She begins concocting my meal and she does it with the grace of an Olympic swimmer. She made it all perfectly and was kinder than Mother Teresa. I realized as I was taking my supper to my table I never got her name. I inquired her name knowing I would name my first born after them. She spoke the name and I knew I would never forget… “Kaylee”. She then went back to work and I cried as I ate my nachos. This was a 6/5 experience and I know it would be nothing if not for Kaylee. She was the crux of my experience and is probably the main support pillar for that whole store. I almost demand a promotion for her. Thank you for taking your time to read this and I wish the best for your business because if she ever left I do not think you would be anywhere near where...
Read moreI've been coming here regularly for about a year now multiple times a week, I'm very picky eater so I get a burrito with only rice (NO beans) chicken and cheese. I even deny the chips, I've Never had any complaints until about a month ago being I get hardly anything on my burrito and no beans or extras you would think they could spare a little bit more rice probably the cheapest Least expensive topping on the menu, but no ask for a little more then the tiny scoop of rice they give you it's an extra charge. Queso or meat I totally understand the extra cost, but rice Seriously? Especially when I'm not even getting any of the extra more Expensive toppings or even chips. Heck even Chipotle and Moe's will give you more rice if asked. The amount of money I spend weekly in there is going to cost you way more if I take my business elsewhere vs a little tiny extra scoop of rice. Again the cheapest topping on the menu. I do love the food here taste wise no complaints, but you just lost a customer over being stingy on...
